Hacienda Riquelme is an 18 Hole Par 72 Course set within an attractive development of apartments, some like this apartment benefiting from having the advantage of frontline views of the golf course itself.
There are extensive landscaped gardens,several swimming pools along with children's play and ammenity areas.The development is nestled just below the Columbard Mountain Range which provides a stunning backdrop to the Riquelme Resort
The original Hacienda has now been completely renovated and refurbished to provide visitors and guests with stunning Commercial Facilities and services ,Clubhouse, Tapas Bar, Restaurant, Bar,Supermarket,Retail shops and Internet Cafe
The town of Sucina is only a ten minute drive away offering shops, restaurants,bars,banks,petrol station etc.
Residents also have the opportunity of visiting and using the other Polaris Luxury Golf Resorts via a FREE shuttle bus service which is available to transport you and your clubs to the other resorts.This service is also available during the evenings if you wish to sample the entertainment facilities in the other Polaris Resorts.

The apartment has both heating and air conditioning available in the lounge & dining area.
The bedrooms have west facing balconies overlooking the lemon groves towards the mountains and both rooms are fitted with central heating and adjustable ceiling fans.You can experience the incredible sunsets over the mountains from your bedroom balcony !
The stylish and modern bathroom has toilet,hand basin, bidet and a bath with an overhead shower facility
The lounge /dining area is tastfully furnished with spacious modern comfortable facilities, the dining table and sofas to seat up to (6) six people.
The sofas are positioned to offer uninterrupted and stunning views over the swimming pool complex to the fairways beyond.Two sliding glass doors provide access to the spacious balcony which overlooks the 12th Fairway of this fabulous Jack Nicklaus Golf course.
Our clients tell us the adjacent swimming pool complex with three (3) individually linked pools surrounded by swaying palm trees is probably the best pool facility within the resort !
The apartment offers residents the benefit of a secure underground car parking facility with lift and stair access

The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is set in a wondeful location with mountain views to the North and West and to the East views looking back to the warm waters of the Mar Menor and the La Manga Strip.
The complex is set within a gated perimeter fence and security access to the resort.
It is a perfect setting in which to relax from either within your apartment looking out onto the golf course or taking a stroll around the resort and the golf course itself which offers stunning views and sunsets.There are several other luxury golf resorts in the area such as Peraleja and La Manga in addition to the other Polaris Resorts .

The Costa Calida is the coastline of the Murcia Region of Spain and boasts over 320 Days of sunshine each year with an average temperature of 17' C in the winter months and 27'C in the summer months.

We found the apartment was absolutely fantastic,comfortable and tastefully decorated and best of all it was safe for our children (Ages 3 & 18 months) Facilities within the apartment and the Resort were superb and the pools are sensational.With a kiddies playground opposite the building keeping everyone happy was easy.
Safe beaches and numerous other activities are all within easy reach of the resort via the excellent motorway connections.We've already booked our 2011 holiday here.

The current rental prices do not fully reflect the quality and comfort of the apartment or the exclusivity and tranquility of the Riquelme Resort.Take advantage while you can because rental rates will continue to increase in 2011 to reflect the contined maturity of the Resort and most importantly the now completed first class commercial facilities within the renovated and refurbished "Hacienda" available to residents and guests.
Prices are for the property per week in UK Sterling.
A Reservation/Security Deposit of £100 is required within 7 days of your verbal/written reservation.
Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.Bookings within 8 weeks of arrival then the full payment must be made at the time of reservation together with the Reservation/Security Deposit.
The security deposit will be repaid in full within 2 weeks of client departure subject to there being no damage.
No Smoking in the Apartment.
A nominal charge of 40 Euros will be added to clients rental charge to cover for cost of cleaning and linen change following your departure.This can be paid in cash on your departure if you wish.
