This spacious first floor apartment is located on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is furnished to a very high standard. It benefits from wonderful views over the 12th and 13th fairways of the Jack Nicklaus golf course, a large communal pool and the mountains in the distance.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The Region of Murcia is a beautiful area of Spain, located between the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca I,t has many unspoilt beaches along the Costa Calida (warm coast). The region boasts 320 days of sunshine per year and average temperatures of 17 degrees in the winter and 27 degrees in the summer months.

The region is also rich with towns and cities with historic buildings, some dating back to the Romans and before. Modern shops, street markets and leisure facilities can also be found in abundance. The Spanish culture of cuisine, fiestas and siestas remains unchanged as the tourist trade in this area is largely made up of Spanish visitors.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort is situated in Sucina which is barely 15 minutes drive from the coast, the historic city of Murcia and the airport. It is located on the site of one of the most important country estates in Murcia and the resort conserves all the majesty and charms of places full of history. The vast expanse of land, low construction density and extensive gardens are the first things that strike you, giving you an incomparable sensation of freedom and well-being.

The 18 hole par 72 golf course, which forms part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, offers Europe’s best golf all in one convenient location. Whilst staying at the resort you will have access to the Mar Menor, La Torre and El Valle resort facilities and golf courses.

Hacienda Riquelme has, at present, a temporary supermarket, cafe/bar, golf shop and tennis court all for your convenience whilst the town centre is under construction.

There are several communal pools you can relax by all conveniently positioned, giving you full advantage to enjoy the sun, golf and relaxation. There is a complimentary shuttle bus service that will take you to the other Polaris resorts.

How to get there

Getting to the apartment is very easy. There are several low cost airlines that offer discounted flights. Murcia San Javier Airport is only 20 minutes drive from the apartment and Alicante airport is under an hour’s drive.

Both the resort and the apartment are brand new.
The living room has a brand new 32 inch LCD TV with a choice of over 50 English language channels. For your entertainment there is also a DVD player, CD player, IPOD speakers and a PS2 with games.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and microwave
The property is equipped with air conditioning and central heating and there is underground parking for one vehicle with access to the apartment via lift or stairs.

Conditions

A deposit of £100.00 per week is required within 7 days of a verbal booking. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Bookings within 8 weeks of arrival, requires full payment at the time of booking.
A separate refundable security deposit of £100.00 is required, and is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with the balance.
The maximum number of people allowed to sleep in the apartment is 4.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or outside on the terraced areas.
There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
