**Brand new for summer 2008** The apartment is in a great location on the Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme resort. It has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom can be a double or a twin as the beds can zip together, just let us know in advance how to make them up for you! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including full aircondioning for the summer months (in the bedrooms and living room) and heating for the winter nights. There is a 32" plasma TV with satellite and a DVD player.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The area offers great visits to beautiful Murcia city, the roman town of Cartegena, the famous La Manga resort and is close to both Murcia and Alicante airports.

The Murcia region is the market garden of Spain and as your drive you will pass fields of orange and lemon trees, artichokes, lettuce, melons and much much more!

Polaris World have created one of the finest golf courses in the area with Hacienda Riquelme. The area offers the golfer a vast number of choices of courses to play if the very testing Riquelme course is not enough! Polaris run regular courtesy buses to their other courses at Mar Menor Golf, La Torre and El Valle and there are many special offers to entice those looking for a golfing holiday.

The Resort is structured around a magnificent, 18 holes, par 72 golf course by Nicklaus Design. This course is different from the others in the Nicklaus Golf Trail, a group of six golf courses that make up Europe´s best golf offering.

Ample fairways are combined with hard to approach greens, and bunkers ready to complicate your game. And all of it surrounded by wild flowers, olive trees and large lakes. A fun course that will bring the best shots out of every player.

The apartment is spacious and brand new in May 2008. It has been well equipped and is great for holidays or a long term let (up to 6 months). Long term lets will attract a VERY special rate so please contact me if you want to escape to the sun for a long period.

Further details outdoors:
The apartment has 2 outdoor terraces. One is shared off the 2 bedrooms with a small table and 2 chairs. The main terrace overlooks the golf course and has a table and chairs for 4 and 2 sunloungers. The apartment is a very short walk to the swimming pool and a short stroll to the nearest playpark.

A cleaning fee of 65 euros is payable locally on departure. A £100 reservation and security deposit will confirm your booking. The rental cost is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. Your £100 will be returned within 10 working days of the keys being returned and the apartment being checked for damage.
Please be aware that both the apartment and the resort are brand new. Some facilities are still being developed. Building work is still ongoing, but the apartment is not in close proximity to this.

Conditions

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs or lift. Children should not be allowed on terraces without adult supervision.
