Tastefully appointed two bedroom 2nd floor apartment with lift access in a stunning front line golf location. The large south facing terrace overlooks the lake and 11th green of the Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course and provides uninterrupted and spectacular views over this magnificent 5-Star resort.
There is a beautiful pool area beside the apartment and a supermarket, bar and restaurant facility, golf pro-shop and driving range are within easy walking distance.
The air conditioned, centrally heated apartment is spacious and airy. A relaxing fully furnished lounge/dining area opens onto what can only be described as an outstanding large terrace suitable for sun bathing and al fresco dining or drinks.
Truly a golfers paradise with 13 courses in the area, Riquelme is also ideal for families with pools, play areas and beautiful beaches nearby and the lovely Murcia region to explore.
The resort has 24 hour security and full maintenance of all areas.

The dry, warm climate averages 320 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21c.
The Mar Menor is a large sea water lagoon and is among the safest, cleanest and warmest in the Mediterranean.
There are many beautiful beaches to explore offering the entire range of water sports from sailing to scuba diving as well as providing ideal locations for sunbathing and relaxation.
Explore the capital, Murcia City a vibrant shopping centre with cathedral and fine architecture or visit the port of Cartagena, particularly if you enjoy seafood.
The Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort / Polaris World, Hacienda Riquelme area
Hacienda Riquelme offers the best of all worlds. The magnificent golf course is the centrepiece of the resort; designed by Jack Nicklaus it is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail which includes La Torre, El Valle and Mar Menor. A free coach service is provided between the resorts.
Riquelme is the most tranquil and lowest density of the resorts providing both a truly relaxing setting and excellent facilities.
The swimming pools are conveniently located to provide wonderful settings to enjoy the sun and relax. There is a supermarket, cafe/bar, golf shop and practice range as well as a tennis court. Soon to come on onstream is the Hacienda itself which is being tastefully refurbished to provide town centre facilities.

We stayed at a rented apartment at HR in mid August, it is a lovely resort which (when we stayed) was very quiet with half of the apartments empty. There are lots of pools none of which have sunbeds... more |

We had the most glorious, restful two weeks. The apartment was ideal and had everything we needed for our stay. The views were excellent and we were able to watch other golfers from the comfort of the balcony.The exercise facilities nearby were good. We came home refreshed and we are looking forward to going again later in the year. |
