This Villa is located on Phase 2 of Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort which has been designed to offer the ultimate in luxury living with landscaped gardens and an array of shops, restaurants, bars and sporting facilities. The House has a balcony to the rear overlooking the communal swimming pool. As you enter the House there is a stairs leading up to the master bedroom which is en suite and completely private. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen and dining area with sliding french doors leading out to a patio at the rear with a large dining table and six chairs together with a barbeque for outside entertainment. There is a comfortable living room with two large sofas both can be used as sofa beds together with TV, DVD, CD player and satellite television.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Hacienda del Alamo is a new resort development near Fuente Alamo in the region of Murcia in the South East corner of Spain designed by Dave Thomas and boasts one of the longest Golf Courses in Spain 6,724 metres. The city of Murcia is only 35km from the Resort, which has excellent transportation connections an hour from Alicante International Airport or half an hour from San Javier airport. It is half an hour from Cartagena on the coast and four hours from Madrid. The seaside resort of La Manga del Mar Menor or the restaurants and beaches of Valle de Escombreras are 45 minutes driving by car. The City of Murcia is host to numerous tourist attractions together with restaurants and lively bars. The climate boasts sunshine for 310 days of the year and is the best climate in Spain with average temperatures of 30 degrees in Summer and 18 degrees in Winter. The Resort is close to Cartagena the oldest sea port in the World. As a contrast to this is Murcia with its network of narrow streets and squares boasting magnificent Baroque Architecture set behind the wide palm tree lined avenues and of course plenty of shops to satify even the most avid shoopers.
