Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort is situated in a beautiful, secluded part of Spain, 2km from the village of Fuente Alamo and only a short drive from the infamous La Manga Club and the beautiful Mar Menor with its stunning beaches and consistently warm climate. The resort consists of luxury villas and apartments all set around a fantastic Championship 18 hole golf course, designed by Dave Thomas venue to the PGA European Tour 2nd stage qualifying 2009.

The property is an Orion, this is the top of the range villa here on Hacienda Del Alamo, it has been tastefully furnished by the owners to a very high standard, is fully equipped and comfortable.
There is a large open plan living dining area and no less than 3 dining tables 2 inside and 1 on the terrace.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor, 1 en suite with a double bed and 1 with 2 singles on each floor.

Outside the villa is a private pool, covered and open terrace areas, brick barbecue, garage, off road parking for 2 cars, pleasant garden and views out to the country, the villa is in an ideal location with a next door property on only 1 side and no other properties front rear or 1 side.
Other facilities are tennis courts, bowls, football pitch all less than a 5 minute walk away.
There is a large children's play area a very short walk from the villa.
The villa is located close to the golf and clubhouse about a 5 minute walk.

There is a heating unit for the pool and this is normally off, this can be activated but is an extra cost.

The area of Murcia with it's consistently great climate has everything from stunning beaches through historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena and is rapidly becoming first choice for visitors to Spain.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Mar Menor and Puerto de Mazzaron are around 30 minutes drive.
Golf
The golf course at Hacienda Del Alamo is simply one of the best in Spain, the qulaity of the course has recently been confirmed by the announcement that the PGA European Tour will use Hacienda as its venue for 2nd stage qualifying in 2009. Other courses within less than 45 minutes drive are La Torre, El Valle, Paraleja, also close are La Manga 3 courses Desert Springs, Mosa Trajectum and Roda Golf.
