The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Hacienda Del Alamo Resort is served by two major airports, Murcia Jan Javier (30 mins) and Alicante (50 mins) and a new series of motorways that pass close to cut the journey time even further. Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort area
The 5 star golf course is endorsed by Miguel Jimenez and Peter Alliss and is tipped to host the European tour. The Hacienda Del Alamo resort boasts a Dave Thomas designed 7,400 yard Championship standard Golf Course, the longest in Spain, which includes eight lakes and eighty four manicured bunkers, palm trees and olive trees abound the course, the sky is blue and the sun shines almost every day. This course is guaranteed to be a joy and a test for golfers of all standards. The Hacienda del Alamo sponsored Golf Central on the Golf Channel earlier this year. The Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort is located next to the town of Fuente Alamo in the Murcia region of South East Spain. The resort occupies a stunning 550 hectare site with the mountains of the Sierra Espuna National Park as a back drop. The Park is Spain’s largest nature reserve, an ideal place for walking, mountain biking, or simply enjoying the tranquility.
At the resort the facilities include tennis courts, paddle ball courts, football and Rugby pitches, basketball courts, international standard bowls green, boule courts, equipment available for hire, cycle trails, golf academy, pro shop and a magnificent two tier thirty six bay driving range with practice greens, bunkers. There is also a six hole academy course. There is also “La Hacienda” gourmet restaurant. Under construction, is the five-star hotel with spa, The Spanish Village has recently been completed with 47 further shops, restaurants and bars.
How to get there
Most budget airlines fly to Murcia (San Javier Airport). These include, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, BMI Baby and can be found departing from most UK major Airports.
A car is essential as the resort is rural
Located on the lower level (the arrivals level) you can find the offices for different car hire companies including:

Further details indoors: There is a option for two of the twin beds to be made to one kingsize double bed which must be requested in advance. There is also a marble bbq for you to use throughout your stay.
Further details outdoors: The lounge/diner has French doors looking out onto the Terrace and small garden at the rear of the property. From the lounge, there is an attractive covered terrace with table, chairs and parasol. This opens out to the Patio with sun loungers and there is a magnificent marble barbecue for your use.
There is direct pedestrian access by the secure back gate to the communal pool and shower which is approx 20yards from the back gate.
The swimming pool area is lit at night by old fashioned street lamps and the pool and fountain are also lit.
Conditions
The remainder to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of holiday. Payment in full is required if the booking is less than 8 weeks before departure. Please be advised that booking cancellations of less than 6 weeks prior to departure are non refundable. £100 returnable deposit against damage (which will be returned to you within 14 days after full inspection of the property). Payment by Cash, Sterling cheques, bank transfer, credit/debit card (fees apply) You can start your holiday on any day you like.

Please note that the house sleeps up to 4 people and we do not charge any supplements. The house is cleaned before and after your visit and includes linen and towels and all electricity, air-con, central heating. A £50 per week non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of holiday, plus a £100 returnable deposit against damage - this is refundable within 10 days of your return. Our on-site management company will meet and greet you with the keys and take you to the house and explain any details you wish to know and places to go and local restaurants. If you require an arrival grocery pack, the on-site management will provide one for € 20, payable directly to them on resort.

The house was beautifully furnished and the position was perfect so centrally placed for everything. The Clubhouse,bars,restaurant,driving range and practice facilities were all within a 5 min walk. The Owners were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They also pre booked our Tee times so we received a discount on our round of golf. The on site Management was available 24 hours a day in case we needed anything and even the weather was good. Would highly recommend.

It was furnished beautifully and we immediately felt at home. We had great fun in the pool as it was so hot. The house itself had air conditioning and a large ceiling fan in the lounge so it was lovely and cool indoors. My husband said the golf course was the best he had ever played and the practice facilities were great. I myself loved having a drink on the patio of the club house. The view was amazing. The beaches at Mazawrron were beautiful, so clean and the sand perfect, lovely for my children! Finally, we will be booking again for next year.

The villa was like a home away from home and made for a very comfortable and relaxing break. The property was in superb condition with all the facilities described on the website. The owner proved to be very helpful when making the booking, providing additional information and making great suggestions on what the area had to offer. I would recommend this property and may even go back myself!!

It was furnished very tastefully, in fact we felt we could have lived there permanently and be quite happy. The resort is spectacular and deserves every one of its five stars. The owners were very helpful when we booked and sent us directions from the airport. We were met at the entrance by the management company and taken to the villa which is in a very central position, close to the club house, driving range and practice facilities, spanish villa and hotel. It all ran on oiled wheels. Highly recommended, would definitely come back. Golf course is the best we played. Tennis academy and bowling superb.
