A 3 bedroom villa on the hacienda Del Alamo resort in Murcia Southern Spain. The property is on one level, ideal for families or those wishing to avoid steps and stairs. There is an open plan living and dining area and a well equipped kitchen, from the dining area there are large doors opening out to the terrace and pool, ideal for a relaxing poolside holiday and also good close access to the kitchen for those warm summer alfresco dining days.

There are 3 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and an en-suite to the master bedroom there is also a family bathroom. Private driveway and landscaped gardens.

This is a front line villa with 3 bedrooms and a private pool, looking out over the 14th fairway of the Hacienda Del Alamo championship golf course. The villa has 3 bedrooms and an open plan living dining area and kitchen all on 1 floor. Outside there are large terraces at the rear and an enclosed private courtyard at the front of the villa as a well as a roof solarium.

The kidney shaped private pool and surrounding terraces are ideal for sunbathing in the Murcia sunshine.

The Murcia region

The area of Murcia with its consistently great climate has everything from stunning beaches through historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena along with countless new golf and holiday resorts, the area is rapidly becoming first choice for visitors to Spain.

The beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor and Puerto de Mazzaron are around 35 minutes drive.
The golf course at Hacienda Del Alamo is simply one of the best in Spain and is now a European Tour venue hosting PGA European Tour Qualifying School stage 2 in November 09 and 10.
Other courses within less than 45 minutes drive are the new Polaris courses Mar Menor, La Torre, El Valle Requelme and Condado also close are La Manga 3 courses, Desert Springs, Roda Golf, Corvera and many others.

The Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort area

The facilities at the resort are being developed almost daily and it now boasts a floodlit football pitch, tennis courts bowls greens and of course the 7400 yard Dave Thomas designed championship golf course plus a 6 hole training course and some of the best golf practice and academy facilities to be found anywhere.

The local town of Fuente Alamo is a 5 minute drive and has plenty of bars clubs and restaurants.
The Murcia region is served by 2 major airports Alicante approximately 1hr 20minutes away and San Javier Murcia Airport which is about 35 minutes away. There are a large selection of carriers including Ryanair, Easyjet, British Airways, Monarch, Jet2 and more. The new Murcia airport currently under construction is only 15 minutes form the resort.
