The Orion is the Resort's largest villa. It is a superb home & very modern, with a pleasing environment. It has a large front porch & hallway, open to the large lounge, which
opens to the large well equipped kitchen / diner & has double doors leading to the large rear porch.
The landing is spacious, with double doors opening onto the 1st floor solarium / terrace.
Indoors or out side, the spaciousness, helps to create the ambient feeling of luxury.
It is ideal for relaxing or having fun in the pool.
The large rear porch is sheltered & S W facing, with views over the golf & the amazing sun sets.
It has an 8 seater dining table & chairs, plus pool loungers.
The Villa is well equipped, with first aid kits, smoke alarms, fire extinguisher & fire blanket.
There is also a pool safety alarm, with 2 wrist bands, for children to wear, which set off an alarm
when wet.

The 70% remaining balance is payable 2 months before occupation,
together with a £200 refundable damages deposit.
Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service
The villa is cleaned & laundry changed at no cost on every handover. More cleans/laundry can be requested for an extra charge, payable to the English management co. Towels (NOT BEACH TOWELS) & linen, are provided.
Notes on prices
Reasonable, responsible and careful use of electricity, is not chargeable, but excessive use will be, e.g. Windows & doors left open with air con left on, or while guests go out.
A welcome food pack can be available on arrival.

Go straight out of the airport, avoid 1st slip road to AP7 Alicante - carry on to roundabout & take AP7 to La Manga & Cartaghena. At 800 KM sign take A30 to Murcia.
At Art Deco factory on right take RM2 to Alhama & Fuente Alamo post code 30320.
At Junction 25 for Hacienda, take slip road to roundabout. Take 2nd turning & follow the signs for Hacienda del Alamo. The Hacienda Resort IS 2 minutes away & has a tall green tower outside.
Directions to Murcia / San Javier Airport from Hacienda del Alamo:
At Resort gate house,turn right & then left , come to roundabout & take the 2nd RM2 exit for Cartaghena & La Manga.
Take the A30 turn off for Cartaghena & then take the 1ST AP7 turn off for Vera then 50 yards & take the left AP7 fork to Alicante.
Take the San Javier Airport turn off & follow the airport signs. Go past arrivals & departures to drop off your hire car.

There were several things wrong when we arrived, 2 ceiling fans ( living room and 1 bedroom not working), a piece of chain on the fridge as a handle, very nice BBQ but no tools. We stayed for 1 week in Villa Orion in May 2012 and the weather was beautiful as was the accommadation. Large spacious villa with everything you needed for a great stay. Diane (meet and greet) was very welcoming and helpful. We forgot our grandsons pushchair and she helped us out by borrowing one from her friend.We had her number for any problems, which their were none, and she called to do the pool twice a week.The location is quite remote, you need a car, but there is a pub(Spaniard Inn) on site and you have use of the Golf Club House for meals etc. The Mercadona (for food) is very cheap and only about 8 mins, by car, away. A tip is have plenty of citranella candles for the flies for alfresco dining :-) Hope to go again soon |
