Towels and linen are provided free of charge. Kumari, our housekeeper, will arrange all your shopping for the daily meals according to your wishes. A Nespresso machine is present: bring your own pods according to your taste preference. We have direct contact to 2 masseurs: 1 specializes in Ayurvedic type massages and the other in Balinese and similar types of massage, as offered in most 5-star hotels. Ayurvedic masseur is male, the other is female.
The Sri Lanka Southern Coast region
The Southern Coast of Sri Lanka offers various excellent beaches for all different kinds of water-sport, fishing or just relaxing and enjoying the unforgettable sunsets. The temperature is always around 30 Celsius with some occasional showers during the wet season. For the culturally interested travelers, we recommend Galle Fort and various Buddhist temples along the coast. The Southern Coast also has a few tea plantations and herbal gardens, as well as excellent culinary destinations.
The Habaraduwa area
Villa Sri Devi is 500 meters inland from the coast, overlooking a beautiful paddy field with extremely rich flora and fauna. Perfect for absolute relaxation with the occasional chanting of monks in the far distance and the local fishmonger and bakery tuk-tuk offering their authentic products. Pitiduwa has a few Bhuddist temples, but offers mainly a rural lifestyle away from the urban rat-race. Various 5-star hotels are in close proximity on the beach, offering watersports, various cuisines and various other services.
