This converted detached barn is situated on the Cornish side of the beautiful Tamar Valley, which has been named as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From the cottage, which has its own private lane, you can enjoy spectacular far-reaching views over miles of farmland and beyond to Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. This idyllic countryside location offers a fantastic base for touring both Devon and Cornwall with the moors offering superb walking and riding facilities.

The city of Plymouth is approximately 25 minutes drive with its excellent shopping facilities, picturesque Barbican, Hoe and National Maritime Museum. Outstanding beaches on the north and south coasts are well worth a visit and can be reached within 40 minutes. The area offers some of the county's most popular National Trust properties and gardens including Cotehele with unusual trees and 18th century tower and Ken-Caro with panoramic views and interesting planting throughout the year. The Eden Project is also well worth a visit and within easy reach.
