Located close to the Devon border with Cornwall, a fantastic base for touring both counties and you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to days out and countryside walks.
Nearby Dartmoor National Park provides superb walking and riding opportunities and the beautiful Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is also well worth a visit. The north and south coasts can be reached in under an hour and provide some lovely days out. The nearby city of Plymouth, boasts some excellent facilities, theatre, picturesque Barbican, Hoe and National Maritime Museum. Closer to home is the ancient market town of Tavistock which offers a farmer's market, shops, pubs and restaurants.

The first floor apartment is arranged over one floor and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 twin which can be pushed together to make a king upon request at the time of booking, with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 further twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: lovely light open-plan living space with sofa-bed (double that can accommodate 2 extra guests) large flatscreen TV/DVD with french doors to enclosed balcony with seating. Kitchen area: modern fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. Outside: balcony with seating and stunning views across Dartmoor National Park.
