The apartment is air conditioned, has a luxury bathroom and kitchen area, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer for your use. There are 2 fully furnished bedrooms and a large leather sofa for an additional child or added flexibility.
The complex has probably one of the most amazing swimming pool settings anywhere with a huge infinity pool overlooking an expanse of ocean and many islands. There is a pool bar, jacuzzi, small children's pool and play area, a turkish steam room, sauna, volleyball court and even its own small amphitheatre!
Despite its unique location it is perfectly poised to access the towns of Gumusluk (1.5k), Yalikavak(5k), and Bodrum (20K) which boast great nightlife, restaurants, shops, marinas and cafes. Closer to home are some amazing restaurants in Gumusluk, and plenty of beach space and Beach Clubs where you will be warmly welcomed.
There is a shop less than 250m from the apartment which sells all the essentials, whilst Yalikavak and Gumusluk (both 5 minutes by car or Dolmus Bus) both boast more fresh produce and supermarkets.
There are wonderful markets nearly every day in the area and during the summer months you can access the beach at Gumusluk and sample the locally caught fish and enjoy the ambience of this sleepy village with its unique charm.
The apartments rates vary during the season so please see the pricing and availability section for more information, long weekend breaks can also be arranged on request.

A car is not essential if you plan to relax at the apartment, or have no problem using local transport (which is very cheap and regular both night and day), but it should be advised that the properties views and panoramas are balanced by the fact that the complex is at the top of a hill which is set less than 1K from the beach, but you will need to get up there, so a car may be preferrable for you.
The apartment is serviced once a week and you are advised to bring your own beach towels as these are not provided although pretty much everything else besides yourselves is included.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but you can smoke on the roof terrace and on the balcony, as well as in the communal outdside areas.

The Turkish Aegean Coast region
This magnificently scenic and historically fascinating area, where the southern Aegean meets the Mediterranean, is known popularly as the Turquoise Coast, due to the intense colour of the sea.
Turkey's Turquoise Coast has become one of the nation's four most popular tourist destinations, combining a beach vacation with available visits to ancient archaeological sites.
Rocky cliffs are interspersed by lavish white sand beaches. Each small town and fishing harbor has a variety of pleasure boats, fish restaurants, bars and nightlife, while many other beach areas offer great watersports and some diving.
If that is not enough, the area is densely packed with ancient cities, and there is excellent walking in the hills behind the coast. Bodrum (birthplace of Herodotus, known as the father of history) is dominated by the magnificent 15th-century crusader Castle of St Peter, now home to a fascinating Museum of Underwater Archaeology. Both Bodrum and Marmaris, set in a deep fjord-like inlet, have wild, noisy nightlife and a wide variety of boat trips for daytime hangover cures. Destinations include the Greek islands of Kos (from Bodrum) and Rhodes (from Marmaris).
The apartment is set in an amazing setting on the edge of the peninsula, and being at the top of a small hill, commands amazing views across the water to Yalikavak, Gumusluk and Bodrum around 25K away.
An impressive medieval castle built by the Knights of Rhodes guards the entrance to Bodrum's dazzling blue bay, in which the Aegean and the Mediterranean Seas meet. The town's charm is well-known, attracting a diverse population of vacationers who stroll along its long palm-lined waterfront, while elegant yachts crowd the marina.
Not far from town, you can swim in absolutely clear, tideless, warm seas. Underwater divers, especially, will want to explore the numerous reefs, caves and majestic rock formations. The waters offer up multicoloured sponges of all shapes and sizes, octopi and an immense variety of other aquatic life.
he beautiful Bodrum Peninsula suits holidaymakers interested in a subdued and relaxing atmosphere. Enchanting villages, with guest-houses and small hotels on quiet bays, dot the peninsula. On the southern coast, Bardakci, Gümbet, Bitez, Ortakent, Karaincir, Bagla and Akyarlar have fine, sandy beaches.
You will immediately become aware of the tranquility that wraps around everthing like an invisible being, besides so many other beautiful things, when you first step into Yalikavak. It is not known whether this effect originates from Yalikavak being spread over a wide area or the endless breeze that cools this unique place even during the hottest days of the summer, one thing is certain however the sensation of tranquility will embrace you completely. Yalikavak is one of the greenest locations of the peninsula and nature has been generous in terms of granting it an amazing sea and coastline.
And at the end of an exhausting day, plenty of surprises will be waiting for you in the restaurants lined up on the sea shore. The region is also rich in terms of seafood. When the Mediterranean fish purchased by restaurants from the local fishermen are made into delicious local mezes, it becomes unavoidable to think about the famous "Lion's Milk", namely Raki.
You will be able to taste rare Mediterranean fish like dentex, grouper and rock grouper, besides gilt-head bream, sea bass and red mullet in any restaurant in Yalikavak. All mezes and salads are prepared with genuine olive oil, a health source of the region.
Today Gumusluk is an archaeological site where mass construction is forbidden. A magnet for snorkellers and underwater photographers. A natural shoreline, beautiful sunsets and luxury holiday properties fit snuggly into the mountains, there to behold the magnificent views. Nearby the harbour side local artists display their works Everyone has to visit Gumusluk to sample the wonderful seafood restaurants.
There is much to do and see in this area of rich history, culture and natural beauty. The apartment is in a unique position to offer you privacy, comfort and spectacular views - whilst being close enough to some of the best food, shopping and nightlife in the whole of turkey!

"Fantastic apartment - but you definitely need a car."
We loved this apartment, it is beautifully appointed with good quality furnishings and it is situated in a great part of the complex so there are great views of the sea. The pool area is superb, many friends who have seen our photos have been impressed by the views from the pool! You most definitely need a car though - the complex is at the top of a hill (which explains the amazing views) but it would be impossible to holiday here without your own transport. We decided to walk to the shop at the bottom of the hill just once and felt like we'd done our exercise for the holiday when we eventually got back to the top. Just one thing - we were given to understand that by the time we were visiting, wifi would be available and it wasn't. Overall, great apartment and would recommend it without hesitation.
