The luxury, Five Star apartment was constructed in 1999, by Cala Homes, one of Scotland’s leading developers of luxury high specification homes in excellent locations.
We have our own dedicated parking spaces and a secure entry phone system and recently decorated and carpeted entrance hall and stairwell. The apartment has full gas central heating and double glazing. It is furnished and equipped to the very highest standards and specification in contemporary style. Professionally decorated and designed in a fully coordinated neutral palette with Farrow and Ball paints.
We have solid oak flooring throughout and contemporary solid oak furniture, luxurious soft furnishings and designer fittings. All rooms have original modern artwork on the walls to coordinate with our décor.

THE SITTINGROOM/DINING ROOM has Samsung LCD TV, digital TV, IPOD docking station, DAB radios, DVD player, PlayStation 2 and relevant games. It has a 2 luxurious sofa beds which are wonderfully comfortable enough to sleep on a permanent basis, to compliment this we have oak dining tables and high back leather chairs and occasional furniture. Please help yourself to a wee dram from our decanter with our compliments.
THE KITCHEN is supplied by the German kitchen company Poggenpohl, with ample Maple base and wall units with integrated Siemens appliances, including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, coffee maker and toaster. We are fully equipped to cook a light snack or a gourmet meal.
THE BEDROOMS. A king size zip and link bed that can easily be converted into 2 single beds on request.
A wonderful evenings sleep is ensured with quality mattresses,anti allergy bedding and quality linens and duvets. Gullane 2 has an en suite shower room to the Master Bedroom
A cot and highchair is available free of charge for your use on request.
THE BATHROOM has been fitted with a white suite has a full size bath with the latest stainless steel column shower system with rain shower heads and 6 hydro jets, WC and hand basin.
All linen, towels, electricity, heating and services are included.

East Lothian is reputedly the driest, sunniest part of the UK and with the many sandy beaches and rocky coves providing a wonderful natural playground for children and adults alike. Little wonder that visitors from around the world are attracted to this scenic corner of East Lothian. Its less than 20 miles from Edinburgh , Scotland 's beautiful capital City.
The Gullane area
The picturesque village of Gullane , is surrounded by first class championship golf courses including Muirfield, North Berwick , Archerfield and the 3 courses at Gullane Golf Club. The Village has a charming High Street with a Delicatessen, butcher, greengrocer, 2 lovely gift shops, Co-op general store, chemist, 2 golf shops, 2 interior design shops, Dentist and Doctors surgery all within walking distance. Gullane Bents with its miles of unspoilt beaches and dunes is a mere 10 minute walk away.
Gullane lies only 4 miles from the town of North Berwick . The quaint village of Aberlady is only 5 miles away which has a renowned nature reserve. Its less than 20 miles from Edinburgh , Scotland 's beautiful capital city.
There are many lovely restaurants and local pubs and cafes to dine in, all within Gullane Village.
