La Castellane is a beautiful old stone house with swimming pool within the charming village of Grimaud in the Golf of Saint Tropez. Not far from the beach, it is a wonderful secluded spot which allows you to relax while being near the buzzing life of Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle and Port Grimaud.
Nestled in the heart af the Maures Mountains and bordering the Gulf of St. Tropez, Grimaud has maintained its medieval character. The village is very appealing with its paved and flowered streets winding about all the way from the Romanesque church to the ruins of the feudal castle.
The house is located just outside the village and overlooks beautiful pine hills. The terraced garden is charming (15,000 square meters). The house can accommodate 12 people and is very child friendly (the pool is fenced). There are different spaces for lounging outside, sundowning and making barbecues.
The house is tastefully decorated and has a very personal feel. It is not air-conditioned but the air is always cool as the house leans against a hill. This is the perfect house for family holidays

Grimaud is a good compromise between the quiet and natural atmosphere of Provence and the seaside Cote d'Azur.
With top notch beaches, traditional villages, local food markets and natural landscapes, the region provides for every vacation style.
Gulf of Saint-Tropez / Grimaud area
There are plenty of activities available nearby including horseback riding, tennis, water skiing and boating as well as skydiving (in Le Luc).
The region boasts several festivals such as the Theatre and Jazz festivals in Ramatuelle. There are plenty of nice restaurant.
