Home description
Ideal for a family break where everything is to hand "on site". This apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. There is a shower room and a bathroom with two separate toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer; oven and/or microwave, electric hobs and a dishwasher. There is a large terrace with dining table and chairs to take advantage of the cool mornings and warm evenings to eat outside or simply enjoy some peace and quiet away from the pool in the sun or shade. The views towards St Tropez are definitely a selling point of this property! You will notice the changing colours of the water, and sky and the lights of the clocktower of St Tropez.

Gulf of Saint-Tropez / Grimaud area
St Tropez is just across the water from Port Grimaud, with its famous cafés, restaurants and markets on Tuesdays and Saturdays in the Place des Lices. You can take the ferry boat from the beach in Port Grimaud to avoid the traffic and in 20mins be transported to the other side of the bay. The market starts around 6am in the summer and finishes at lunchtime - Go early as there's so much to see!
How to get there
Easy Jet or Ryan Air to Nice or Hyères then hire a car (also via these air companies) from Hyères 45 mins to 1h From Nice 1.5 - 2h (depending on the traffic). We suggest coming off the Autoroute at Le Luc/Cannet des Maures and coming over the hill via La Garde Freinet and Grimaud as this route (although a little bendy on the roads) is more fluid even in the height of summer ! If you come on the TGV from London thenyou will arrive at St Rapahel. From there you can either hire a car or take the bus to Port Grimaud

Further details indoors: Within this landscaped and wooded park there is a lake to walk around, activities and clubs for children and adults of all ages. Next to the "beach like" lagoon pool there are water slides and another quieter "adult" pool. There are restaurants and a gocery store. There are also coin operated washing machines available near to the reception area.
Further details outdoors: The children's clubs must be signed up for before arriving to avoid disapointment. The activites available include tennis, volleyball, beach volleyball, archery, roller skating and skateboarding in the skate park, aquagym, petanques, football... The nearby golf courses at Beauvallon and a little further away in Ste Maxime will provide distraction for the golfers amongst you. For the "non-initiated" there is a crazy golf course towards St Tropez.

NON SMOKERS PREFERED Bed Linen and towels are NOT provided but can be hired from the neaby English owned laundrette in Port Grimaud High chairs and cot linen are also available from the same place. A travel cot can be made available on request - ask in advance to avoid dissapointment.
In peak and high peak season the cleaning at the end of you holiday is included in the tariff. During other periods, a fee of 80€ will be charged. The cleaning of the kitchen area remains your responsability during all periods.

In High and High Peak season, the cleaning is included in the tariff. For the other periods, a fee of 80€ will be charged.
At any time, the cleaning of the kitchen area remains your responsibility and the 800€ caution will not be refunded until inspection of the premises has been carried out on the day of departure.
You will be asked to settle the remaining charges at the time of arrival such as the "taxe de séjour" which is 1.10€ per day per adult (over the age of 13) and handling charges of 25€.
