La Cachette is the larger cottage with two bedrooms,a bathroom on the first floor and a large lounge/kitchen/dining room on the ground floor .
The Cosy Coin has one very large bedroom on the first floor and a Kitchenette,shower room and Lounge on the ground floor.
Both cottages are very comfortable. Although in a valley you are very close to all amenities, villages, towns, beaches, golf etc. Ideal for bike rides and walking.

The garden is shared just between the two cottages so it would be yours on a co located booking.
We leave boul on the alley for you to enjoy and there are two small bikes for the children to enjoy there is also a dart board but you would need to take your own darts.The garden has some fruit growing and you are welcome to eat it ,if ready. Our key holder lives just a few minutes walk from the cottage and is always willing to help if you need him.

The Brittany / Cotes-D'Armor region
La Cachette is situated ideally as a base to visit all the beauty and interest that Brittany has to offer.
The <Pink Granite Coast> which is only a short drive away will delight you with its secluded sandy bays, bathing in a sea warmed by the Gulf Stream.
The larger towns will provide the night life ( even a casino ) and a whole spectrum of French cuisine.
There are many towns with breathtaking architectural interest, and local markets can be found for exploration nearly every weekday.( Lannion is a must.)
Fishing is possible ( with permit ) in the river Trieux which winds through our valley. (Salmon I am told ).
There are many islands and coves to explore. The Isles' de Brehat being the largest is a must to visit, and you can hire a bike to explore the island. Golf can be played within a 20min drive, and there is also a children's water park close by.
There are various Chateaus to visit in the area. Roche Jagu being our favourite where you can visit the beautiful gardens for free, dine in the restaurant or take a picnic.
Pontrieux is a small port town 10mins drive and has an old steam train that runs along the coast to Paimpol.
Photograph, paint or watch wildlife, induldge in your hobby, or just watch the world go by and complete your day relaxing at La Cachette.
There are 11 golf courses in Brittany the nearest is in Begard approx. 11 miles (20 mins) and the farest 69 miles (1hr 30mins).
The Guingamp / Pommerit-Le-Vicomte area
The large town of Guingamp is situated just 10 mins drive from the cottage and contains several large supermarkets, garden centre and a Mcdonalds!!. It also has a central shopping area with a whole range of quality shops, plus a market twice weekly. Guingamp has a wealth of interesting buildings with a beautiful church in the centre. There is a indoor public swimming pool.
Pommert-Le-Vicomte is just 5 mins from La Cachette and has to offer a complete range of shopping including mini supermarket, post office,baker,newsagent ,hairdresser. The church is a must to visit the gardens are so beautiful.

We maintain the same price per week throughout the year and will accept mid-week commencment dates where possible (min 7 days duration ) odd days charged at £40 per day. The price quoted is for the COTTAGE and NOT,per person, and is inclusive of heating, electricity and gaz.
25% per week deposit is required on confirmation of booking. Balance due 28 days prior to departure.
