The luxury accommodation ,which sleeps 8 ,consists of 4 bedrooms,2 double and 2 twin.The bedrooms are on either side of the villa thus giving 2 families added privacy.there are 2 bathrooms,1 with bath & shower ,the other with shower.
Central to the villa is a large comfortable lounge plus a separate dining room with bar area which overlooks the heated swimming pool as well as panoramic views of the coastline.There is a well equipped kitchen leading to a small office area.
There is a pool side house for those wishing to shelter from the sun.The heated pool (7x4) is fully equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture leading down to a lower spacious terrace and barbecue.The pool area is private and not overlooked.
Relax in the evening and have a glass of wine in the bar area and view the scenery over the coastline & the pool .The dining room/bar offers you a wonderful panoramic view.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is situated approx 65km from the coast of North Africa.It offers miles of unspoilt coastline and mountain scenery and benefits from all year sunshine with temperatures of 20-30 de.
Wonderful volcanic scenery.Fire Mountain is a must to visit,camel rides and a bus ride at the top of the crater. Aqua park and zoo nearby ,plus 2 golf courses.The bird park in the north of the island is a wonderful day out,exotic birds and shows.There are 2 go -karting tracks close by,one in Guime.
Guime / San Bartolome area
Various times of the year there are fiestas in Guime and San Bartolome.The locals welcome everyone to take part .Very friendly area.Lots of reasonable restaurants nearby .A tapas bar will be opening soon in the village of Guime plus there is a small supermarket nearby. A car is essential and reasonable.We can offer you a list of car hire companies and your car can be collected direct from the airport.
The beaches & sea are clean and safe. Windsurfing and surfing.(Can hire boards ) Cactus gardens are also worth a visit plus El Golfo with fantastic scenery,take the camera.You can also take a day trip to Fuerteventura,only 25 mins on the ferry.

Further details indoors: Los Arboles is a villa that has all the home comforts to make your holiday as pleasant as possible.Wonderful views over the coastline.Very private ,the heated pool area is not overlooked.This is a spacious villa and very peaceful.There is off road parking in large drive. A car is essential however car hire is very cheap on the island.

There is a poolside house for those wishing to shelter from the sun but still join in with those around the pool area.The pool is heated at no extra charge. NEW ! English management are on hand nearby with any help or information you require. Conditions
A deposit of £100 per week to secure booking ,balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. The villa will be available from 2 pm on day of arrival,and must be vacated by 10 .30am on day of departure ,unless guests not arriving on your departure day.
