Casa Juan is ideal for families who wish to have a relaxing holiday, but also ideal for the more adventurous, as the villa is centrally located with easy access to the entire Island, so if you want to relax by the private pool, that affords a great deal of privacy, or venture further afield to explore this wonderful Island and all it has to offer,then return to a real home from home, you will not be disappointed with the quality and comfort of Casa Juan.

The Lanzarote region
Guime is a typical Canarian village, peaceful for relaxing days, yet located just 15 minutes from Puerto Del Carmen with all it has to offer in the way of shops, bars and restaurants.
From the terrace you have sea and mountain views, the shop in Guime caters for your everyday needs and is very friendly, with a relaxed way of trading, so don't be in a hurry!
Lanzarote is perfect for holidays all year round, in the height of the summer there is usually a warm breeze to keep the temperature comfortable, while in the winter months, although the sea may be cool, it is ideal for lazing in & around the pool! Fire mountain is a great place to learn some of the history of the Island, here you find out about the eruptions that lasted years and created the landscape you see today.
Guime area
There is a golf course and Aqua Park in Costa Teguise, a Zoo in Puerto Del Carmen, and many traditional sights, the Caves in the north of the Island are well worth a visit, all easily accessible from Casa Juan. Every Sunday there is a street market in Teguise, allow several hours to soak up the atmosphere, you are expected to haggle over prices, which can be great fun.
There is a carnival in February that has the feel of Rio about it, the costumes are amazing, and the party goes on all night!
Dining out in Lanzarote is a great experience, you can dine very modestly in the many restaurants along the "Avienda" of Puerto Del Carmen, but for a little more there are some wonderful eating experiences to behold. There is an authentic Thai restaurant which I can really recommend also two French ones, "Mont-marte", one in the old town of PDC and an airer one in Costa Teguise.
There are two main shopping centres, one in PDC old town, called Biosphere, and Deiland in Playa Honda - which is just 10 minutes from the villa, here there is a cinema, which on some days have films in english, a ball pool for the little ones and tenpin bowling for all, along with an arcade and various fast food outlets!
How to get there
Travelsupermarket.com have competitive flights to Arrecife airport, which is just 10 minutes from Casa Juan, but not under the flight path! Car hire is available from Autos Abroad.

Further details indoors: The villa has many items for our younger guests, ie. Highchair, Baby Alarm and 2 Safety Gates. Two of the bedrooms have quality king size beds to ensure a good nights sleep!
Further details outdoors: The pool has a solar cover for the summer, and has electric heating for the cooler months. The patio area has a great deal of privacy, with views to Arrecife. There is a built -in BBQ for alfresco dining, sun beds and patio table & chairs for eight people
Conditions
A deposit of £200 is required to secure a booking, unless it is less than 8 weeks to arrival, then the full amount is due.This is a non smoking villa, but smoking on the patio is permitted.
