Located just beside the house "Men Meur", this dwelling in a contemporary style will allure you with its cordial and convivial environment.

The living room with its chimney and its parquet floor invites you to relax and enjoy the proximity to the white, sandy beach. Take a few steps and sit on the terrace or in the shade of the poplar and enjoy the lovely garden and wonderful views.

The Brittany / Finistere region

Located in Guilvinec, a noted fishing port for daily fresh fish and crawfish, in Bigouden country. This area is steeped in tradition and is located only 30 km to the south of Quimper (airport, station).

The local gastronomy emphasizes the foods from the sea and land, including fresh shellfish on seaweed and crepes with cider.

The residential district is calm and the environment is preserved there; trade and fishing port are only 900 m away and accessible by the coastal walk.

Family beach directly accessible at less than 50 m, playing areas for children, sailing school, sailboarding, surfing near La Torch ( 5 km), fishing, clamming and diving.
