3 Bedroom Property; A place to stay in Guildford
Guildford is one of most loved and visited towns in South East of England and it certainly spoils its visitors for choice with its many eateries; bars, restaurants, cafes, wine bars, nightclubs and take away restaurants. With its designer shops, boutiques as well as main high street shops it is definitely a shopper's heaven.
Guildford's rich history, architecture and easy accessibility to many key places and attractions (London, Thorpe park, Portsmouth among many) makes it a top choice to visit. Being a university town also brings a lovely, young crowd to the town throughout the year.
Medlar House is located at just off A3 as you enter Guildford and being so close to Guildford yet away from the busy town traffic makes it an ideal place to stay.
It has three bedrooms; one double, one twin and one single with a shared bathroom. Living room, dining room, kitchen as well as a front and a large back garden is all for guests' use. Back garden with a six foot fence is a safe and secure outdoor space for young children to run around freely.
It has free communal parking and in an off street location. A local amenity shop, a chemist (Boots), a surgery, chinese and fish and chips takeaway restaurant as well as a bus stop (to town) are around the corner. River is only a few minutes walk from the house. A well known Indian restaurant (Red Rose) offers fantastic choice for a night out and only a few minutes walk from the house.
The house comfortably accommodates 4/5 persons. There is a cot, and a folding guestbed also available on request.
Sofabed in the living room offers extra sleeping space for 1 or 2 persons if requested. However please bear in mind that there is one bathroom available.
NOTE: Please note that there is a fourth bedroom in the annexe however it is available only for the summer days for the pet owners. Pets are not allowed inside the house and the annexe room is used for that purpose as it has its own entrance to the garden.
