The owners leave all antiques in situ unless otherwise directed by guests.
The house is a FULLY FUNCTIONAL lived in home
The dinner set can be either by Wedgwewood or Villeroy Boch or John
Lewis (both in elegant white, porcelain ) along with literally
hundreds of glasses,plates, candle sticks, decorative and seasonal
There are at least 3 sets of cutlery present
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots pans, large fridge/freezer
(and additional fridges can be provided),toasters, magimix, coffee and
cappucino machine, blenders, croisette pots and pans etc
The property has
2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers,3 dryers, 3 fridges ,ipod speaker TV's , CD players,
nintendo Wii, 2 SKY boxes bla bla bla...
You can rent the complete main house+pool complex and guest house
or just the Main house and pool complex .
I have forwarded floor plans for the ground floor as to enable you to
assess the property and obtain a better idea
The MAIN house is connected to the Guest House via the Pool complex.
The Pool Area can be "SECTIONED OFF" /sealed off by securing the sliding doors to
the main house ( green dotted line) as well as closing the door to the
Guest house( we can do that for you there and then if you wish)
There are outdoor activities for children, such a Wendy House and a
Large wooden and metal climbing frame with climbing net and slide as
well as swings, a huge trampoline( can also cater for adults!!!).
There are guinnea pigs in one of the sheds to keep
your children occupied and entertained. ( ALL to be performed
STRICTLY under adult supervision)
There are 3 major golf courses( one of them less than 100 yards Worplesdon Golf Club http://www.worplesdongc.co.uk ) the
other 2 about 300 yards away.
The Main house is a 3-storey building with the Guest House over 2 floors
There are 7/8 bedrooms ( as bedrooms 7+8 on the top floor have been
combined to provide bedroom plus living room)
3 of the bedrooms are huge ( triple+) ( 2/3 of them en-suite)
the rest are large double
The is a study /reception on ground floor that can be converted into a
bedroom on the main house as well as a further area in the Pool
The area is one of the SAFEST in the Uk with no crime reported, the owners have tend to leave their car keys in their cars parked in the drive or at the rear of the property without locking them for more than 14 years!!!( that must tell you a lot) , however, the house and each area of the house can be individually locked and sealed if you wish to do so
The Pool is heated throughout the year for you to use 24/7 ( yes even in July and August..... after all we are in England
It is serviced monthly, PH and chlorine checked weekly, as well as on the actual day before you and your guests arrive.
There is a large patio outside and the french doors of the pool building open wide so you can have an " inside, outside" feel
BBQ's and outdoor furniture available in abundance weather permitting.
