On the first level there is an fully equipped independent kitchen with integrated dish washer,oven, hob,fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a central island and a dining table. A door leads out to the secret garden perfect for your early morning cuppa and to listen to the birds singing.
The lounge and dining room both have patio doors leading to the full length balcony with outstanding sea views. There is a table and chairs plus a sofa. On this level there is also an en suite guest suite with dressing room, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus the main family bathroom . Bathroom and en suite have a bath, shower and bidet.
Downstairs is the master suite with a separate sitting area and another kitchen useful for the BBQ. There is an integrated oven, hob,washing machine and dishwasher plus fridge freezer.
The Bedroom is very large and has a walk in dressing room and a huge en suite with corner bath and walk in shower. Doors open directly onto the sunny private heated pool terrace where there is a BBQ and seating area plus lots of space for the loungers and sofa. Stairs lead up to the secret garden.

Tenerife has a rich cultural history so sight seeing on the island is wide and varied from the magnificence of The Teide National Park with its rugged volcanic landscape to pretty historical villages and the bustling cities of Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz..
Avid golfers are well catered for with some superb championship golf courses .
Guia De Isora
The charming village of TEJINA is situated on the sunny west side of the island . It is perfectly situated to be within easy reach of all the main resorts, beaches and attractions whilst retaining a true Spanish atmosphere. The restaurant Los Goteras is a very well known typical canarian restaurant just 3 or 4 minutes walk away. The meats are exceptional being cooked over a charcoal grill. An extensive menu serves local dishes and local Canarian wines at reasonable prices. Well worth a visit. Pizzeria Aveti is the hub of the village where everyone from the youngest to the oldest gather in the warm summer evenings to chat over a coffee or beer. They serve a variety of pizzas, tapas etc. There are several other cafes, a bank a small supermarket.The local fiesta is held on the first Sunday in September and the procession comes down from the church through the village.
The beaches of San Juan, Fanabe, Puerto Colon, Las Americas and Los Cristianos with their are attractions and watersports just a short drive away so you will be spoilt for choice.
The newly opened Siam Park is equal to any of the American water parks. There are some awesome slides, a lazy river and a huge simulated wave feature on the man made beach. The young children's designated play area has slides chutes and waterfalls. Aquland and the Jungle Park are both well worth visiting for a day out.
The championship[ golf courses Abama, Costa Adeje, Golf Las Americas, Golf del Sur and Amarilla Golf are all within easy reach
Tenerife has a rich cultural history and for visitors who enjoy sightseeing there are endless places of interest to see. TEJINA is ideally placed as most major points of interest are less than an hours drive through some lovely scenery.
For the more energetic there are organised walking trips as well as many trails for walkers. One of the most spectacular starting from Adeje, a town a few kms away, is the Barranco de Infierno. A 200 m waterfall is the highlight of the walk
