Old Church Farm and its ancient farmhouse with ponds and parkland is at the end of a tiny lane, next to a beautiful Norman church. This luxury holiday cottage offers you real peace and quiet to enjoy the gorgeous Sussex countryside in which it nestles.
This 16th century Sussex Granary was converted into this self catering holiday home to give grown-up children of the family a holiday cottage/weekend retreat from the city. We can offer this Sussex holiday cottage when it is not in use by the family.

The Granary, Old Church Farm

The kitchen with Pugin altar screen, pew and antique dresser, farmhouse table with seating for 8, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, and fridge-freezer.
Circular shower in the ground floor shower and utility room which has a utility sink, clothes hanging rack and washing machine.
Master bedroom with queen-size bed (sleeps 2), slipper bath, ensuite cloakroom with WC, basin and shaver point.
Bedroom 2 also has a queen-size bed (sleeps 2)
Small single bedroom (sleeps 1) and can also accommodate a cot.
Family bathroom with WC, bath with shower attachment, basin and shaver point.
Folding bed (sleeps +1) If the single folding bed is being used, please note that it is advisable to put it in a double room as the single room is not particularly large.
Night storage heaters and electric stove.
