This would be ideal for either a family holiday with children or a quiet chill out holiday to relax and unwind , it is 5 minutes away from the beautiful white powder sandy beach and bustling town of Guardamar there is also a Golf course approx 8 k away. Inside there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 further twin bedrooms and bathroom with separate toilet the lounge/diner is open plan and there is an American fitted kitchen and utility area with washer.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This is in the Valencia region, which has a good climate with very friendly locals and safe beach at Guardamar, there are lots of small fishing villages and towns with local craft markets to see in the area with its local history and the salt lakes and flamingo birds

Guardamar del Segura area

This part of Spain is a tourist hotspot, with plenty to do for all the family. The climate is practically ideal, with long, hot summers and plenty of sunshine. Keen golfers will find a range of golf courses close at hand, while kids are sure to enjoy the numerous water parks! There is also the beautiful nature reserve park, as well as the salt lake called Laguna de la Mata, whose shores are perfect for a stroll.

5 minutes walk there is a shopping parade with a few bars (including a lively Irish bar) shops and restaurants

Fly in to Alicante or Murcia airport it is 30 minutes away off the N332 all budget airlines fly out to the airports, car hire from the airport or pickup can be arranged
