The exclusive development has been designed to the latest standards with lift access to all floors, security entrance and the whole area is laid out for wheelchair safety. Guardamar del Segura / Guardamar area

Guardamar del Segura is a typically Spanish town and is a year round tourist area. It is full of fantastic bars and restaurants, whether you want Greek, Hungarian, Spanish, English, Chinese, Indian, German or Italian cuisine you will not be disappointed. The bars are lively and there is a good variety including Tapas bars.
The 14kms of un-interrupted blue flag, sandy beaches and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere makes it an excellent choice for families and couples.
The apartment is within walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and bars and for food shopping there is a supermarket nearby.
The safe waters are ideal for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, boating and water sports.
The natural parkland adjacent to the apartment provides wonderful opportunities for walking and cycling to see all forms of wildlife and plant life.

How to get there

- Cheap flights to either Alicante or Murcia Airports from most major Airports. There are many budget airlines such as Easyjet, bmi baby, Ryanair, flybe etc. that fly to both Alicante and Murcia from several UK and Irish airports as well as scheduled services of BA, BMI,Monarch, Aer Lingus etc.

- A car is not essential for a complete holiday in Guardamar but to maximise your enjoyment, to explore the area or enjoy a round of golf with a choice of five excellent courses all within a 10 to 30 minute radius, car hire can be arranged at very attractive rates.

- Arrangements to be collected and returned to the airport can be arranged, if required.

The main living area is open plan, bright and airy with a well appointed kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge. Patio doors lead onto the apartments’ balcony with a stunning sea view over the pine and palm forest. Fitted blinds can be lowered for protection against the all-day sun.
The modern lounge is beautifully presented with lovely soft lighting and impeccably furnished with two leather settees and a selection of matching coffee/side tables. A large entertainments cabinet with SATELITE TV, providing all the English programmes plus international sport and film channels and a VIDEO RECORDER and DVD player with a library of interesting videos and Dvds completes the package.

The apartment is well equipped with power point connections for your mobile equipment, laptops, phones etc.

The dining table with seating for 6 has been selected to match the high quality furnishing in the adjacent lounge area..

The modern kitchen is comprehensively equipped with integrated oven and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dish washer and wash machine.
.The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a double bed, side cabinets, fitted wardrobes and drawers. Bedrooms two and three are both fitted with twin beds, side cabinet and fitted wardrobes

All bedrooms have stunning sea views over the parkland and marina.

Both bathrooms are tiled in neutral tones and are equipped with basin, mirror cabinets and wc. Bathroom one is complete with bath and shower facilities plus duvet and bathroom two has large shower cubicle ..

The communal facilities of the new complex, includes a swimming pool with segregated corner for paddling, a tennis court (equipment available in the apartment), children’s play area and beautifully kept landscaped areas for relaxing. The whole development has been designed to provide a facility that will give pleasure to all ages and ensure a relaxing environment. Wheelchair access to all areas has been given high priority in the layout of the complex.

Security: A security camera system is in operation in the entrance area with a video entry-phone. The private underground garage has a security pass controlled entrance and direct lift access to the apartment.

Just to let you know we are home now, and to thankyou for letting us rent your beautiful apartment, it was everything you described and more in the "Holiday lettings" website. It was scrupulously clean, well equipped and just downright luxury....so thank you so much. We walked along the beautiful beach every day, We ate at many of the places you suggested and were never disappointed, was always good value for money.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic and in a perfect location. We had a great time and at this moment could not think of anything that could be changed or added to make things better. We will keep in touch regarding a return holiday.
