The delightful apartment is in a new prestigious, private residential complex in Guardamar within 10 minutes walk of the town centre, shops bars and restaurants. The famous beaches of Guardamar are a only a pleasant stroll through the adjacent park and now with a new modern Supermarket only 2 minutes from the apartment, you can enjoy a great relaxing holiday without the need to hire a car.

The exclusive development has been designed to the latest standards with lift access to all floors, security entrance and the whole area is laid out for wheelchair safety. The facilities include children’s play area, swimming pool and paddling pool and tennis court. play equipment available in the apartment and and a good selection of things to enjoy time on the beach.


The apartment has a south facing balcony with table and chairs for relaxing and dining with all day sunshine. All rooms have stunning sea views. The main living area is open plan, bright and airy with a well appointed kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge. Patio doors lead onto the apartments’ balcony with a stunning sea view over the pine and palm forest. Fitted blinds can be lowered for protection against the all-day sun.
The modern lounge is beautifully presented with lovely soft lighting and impeccably furnished with two leather settees and a selection of matching coffee/side tables. A large entertainments cabinet with SATELITE TV FOR VIEWING ALL ENGLISH PROGRAMES and HD, Upgraded now with perfect reception at all times DVD player with a library of interesting videos and DVD's completes the package.

The apartment is well equipped with power point connections for your mobile equipment, laptops, phones etc.

The dining table with seating for 6 has been selected to match the high quality furnishing in the adjacent lounge area..

The modern kitchen is comprehensively equipped with integrated oven and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dish washer and wash machine.
.The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a double bed, side cabinets, fitted wardrobes and drawers. Bedrooms two and three are both fitted with twin beds, side cabinet and fitted wardrobes

- Cheap flights to either Alicante or Murcia Airports from most major Airports. There are many budget airlines such as Easyjet, bmi baby, Ryanair, flybe etc. that fly to both Alicante and Murcia from several UK and Irish airports as well as scheduled services of BA, BMI,Monarch, Aer Lingus etc.

- A car is not essential for a complete holiday in Guardamar but to maximise your enjoyment, to explore the area or enjoy a round of golf with a choice of five excellent courses all within a 10 to 30 minute radius, car hire can be arranged at very attractive rates.

- Arrangements to be collected and returned to the airport can be arranged, if required.

- Detailed directions with local route map and information pack will be provided with booking confirmation

Hi ken,

I can't believe we're home and back to reality, but I can let you know that we will be living on very happy memories of Guardamar for a long time!

Firstly, let me say THANK YOU!

Your apartment was a home away from home, we were absolutely delighted with the exceptionally high standard of everything, the decor, the appliances(and instructions), the cleanliness, the wine cellar (which we took advantage of!) the kids beach toys, shopping trolley etc.. and especially the time and effort that you put into making the information packs!
Jamies and the WOK buffet were big hits!
We spent many happy hours at the pool side and sitting on the balcony enjoying the peacefulness and lovely views!

Our kids are now big Hitchhikers fans after watching your DVD!!

We hugely enjoyed our holiday in beautiful Guardamar and will definitely recommend your apartment as a fantastic place to stay.

Just to let you know we are home now, and to thankyou for letting us rent your beautiful apartment, it was everything you described and more in the "Holiday lettings" website. It was scrupulously clean, well equipped and just downright luxury....so thank you so much. We walked along the beautiful beach every day, We ate at many of the places you suggested and were never disappointed, was always good value for money.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic and in a perfect location. We had a great time and at this moment could not think of anything that could be changed or added to make things better. We will keep in touch regarding a return holiday.
