About the home

Our new three bed,two bath luxury detached villa is located on the prestigious El Raso development which is a high class low rise villa only urbanisation located in the La Matta national park area.The villa is centrally positioned for you to explore nearby golf courses, Guardamar's blue flag beaches, charming villages, shops, bars and quality restaurants such as Italian, Indian, British, Spanish, Budapest and of course Chinese. The standards in all of these restaurants is very high and you can expect to find clean, fresh dining areas all with excellent service.

At the villa you will be in a cul de sac location and this is entered via exclusive electronic entry gates.There are only 21 cream and brick style modern villas within our close which is part of El Raso. There are some very nice bars and restaurants just two mins stroll from the villa and more a quick five min drive to Quesada village . Here you will also find a very nice water park for a day of fun. There is a very nice communal pool directly outside the front of the villa where the children can swim and play safely. The rear of the villa is totaly South facing and not overlooked. To the rear of the villa from the master bedroom balcony you will enjoy views over the lush lemon groves down to the national park's pink salt lake. Ideal to relax in peace with a cold beer. PERFECTO !!

The pool is open all year round but usually used between April and November. Our villa is a NO smoking inside villa.

Conditions

A £100 refundable security deposit must be added to your holiday cost. A 50 euro cleaning fee is paid to the caretaker on arrival.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

This part of Spain enjoys over 300 days of sunshine every year and the Costa Blanca ( White coast ) is in one of the best positions for year round glorious temperatures. Due to the excellent climate there are many top quality golf courses to be found within a short distance. Rojales golf course is only ten minutes away.

The Guardamar del Segura / Guardamar area

Terra Mitica theam park, Alicante marina, Torrevija markets and marina, La Mata national park, Sofia Renia nature park.

The Blue flag beaches of Guardamar are five minutes in the car and there is also a nature park and promenade. There are many Spanish villages to visit where you can sample excellent food and drink in a friendly warm atmosphere.

Flying into Alicante airport using BMI Baby,Thomson Fly or Easy Jet. It will take 20 to 30 minutes driving south towards Torrevieja. Basically once out of the airport the coast road takes you all the way to Guardamar, its very easy. An excellent car hire sevice is www.carjet.com and Econamy Car Hire where you can select a car model to suite you, print off a voucher from their web site and pay for it on arrival at Alicante airport. All cars are usually new models. We have compiled a full set of directions to get you there with ease.
If you would rather not drive its no problem airport pick ups can easily be arranged at 45 euros each way.
