Guardamar means 'guarding the sea' and a walk up to the castle is worth a visit where the views are stunning.
How to get there
Guardamar is a 25 minute drive south of Alicante airport. You can fly to Alicante or Murcia airports from the UK via a number of airlines including British Airways, BMI, Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch, Ryanair and Thompson.

Sorry no pets or smoking allowed. 20% is required to reserve this property for your dates. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival plus a refundable breakages deposit of 150 euros, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Our office staff are English, German and Spanish speaking and are always on hand in case of emergencies. Cots, high chairs, bicycles, golf clubs, wheelchairs can be hired out.
Conditions
Welcome packs can be provided in case of late arrivals (from 20 Euros).. Golf and other activities such as scuba diving, horse riding, water sports, helicopter flights, hot air balloon rides which can be pre- booked please ask for prices. Car hire can be booked from €17 euros per day. Airport collections or meet and greet can be arranged from 8 euros per person (based on 4 share). Private tours of the Costa Blanca highlights can be arranged from museums and castles to theme parks and water parks.
