Home description
The Villa has all the home comforts you may need and is located in an ideal setting for either a beach or golf holiday. The villa is located on the side of a beautiful nature reserve and the terrace has a great view of the lake. On the other side of the villa there are lemon and orange groves. The location is quiet and peaceful but if you want entertainment and night life it is close enough to a town. Only a short walk away is a great restaurant and commercial centre with shops and bars.

The Costa Blanca has on of the best climates in Europe it has over 320 days of sunshine each year, with midday temperature of 21 degrees c, and there are low chances of rain.
Torrevieja town is only 15 minute drive away from Guardamar del segura, Torrevieja is an old fishing town with it's own harbour, market and funfair. There are many restaurants on Torrevieja sea front and all through the town, Torrevieja also has it's own cinema, bowling and amusements. There is also a big shopping centre in Torrevieja called 'Habaneras' they have a variety of shops..English & Spanish.
Spain known for it's blue skies, sunshine,white sandy beaches, sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine you can have it all in Spain.
Nearer to home, Guardamar del segura being one of the cleanest towns in Spain and one of the best beaches along the Costa Blanca. Quesada being 5 minutes by car, is a busy town with bars/restaurants, shops and a gym. Monesinos which is also 5 minutes by car, is a typical Spanish town with shops & tapas bars.

The Guardamar del Segura area is a traditional Spanish coastal town with beautiful sandy beaches where you can enjoy the brilliant sunshine and laid back way of lie, as well as large parks and pretty streets where you can enjoy evening strolls. There are plenty of good restaurants where you can enjoy the local food, the Sunday market is great for picking up Spanish souvenirs, and you can take long walks through the surrounding countryside.
