Villa Zara is situated on a newly built private development in an electronically gated complex. Located near the La Mata National Park, the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet yet only 25 mins from the lively resort of Alicante and 15 mins from the hustle and bustle of modern Torrevieja. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable - 1 double, 1 single and 1 twin - perfect for families. Master bedroom has own balcony. With 2 bathrooms and a large living area for relaxation.The roof terrace has a built in barbecue and enjoys scenic views overlooking lemon groves towards La Mata Salt Lake. Ideal for watching the sun set or dining al fresco. Private garden for sun worshippers.

Villa Zara is located between the charming town of Guardamar and the village of Quesada. Ideally situated to explore the Costa Blanca. The nearest beach is a 5 min drive away. Nearby is the La Mata National Park. The villa is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, internet cafes and a bank.
