About the home

The villa consists of a spacious modern kitchen with all appliances, it has a serve over bar to the large lounge / dining room which has a sofa bed, sky tv with a dvd player and a cd/mp3 stereo. There are two bedrooms both with air conditiong and built in wardrobes, one has a double bed and the other two single beds and a safe.

To the front of the villa there is a large patio area with table and chairs and parasol and beyond that a small garden. To the rear of the villa it has its own swimming pool and shower and a box of inflatibles and buoyance aids. It has a gated drive way. On the roof of the villa there is a large solarium with table and chairs and sun loungers and a bbq. There are lovely panoramic views of the area and La Mata lake from the solarium.

In the main area of the villa you will find a settee/sofa bed.There is sky tV that include children's channels, sports and movies there is also a dvd player and a stereo system

The kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The main bedroom has air conditioning bed side cabinets and built in wardrobes.

The second bedroom has air conditioning, bedside cabinets , a safe and built in wardrobes.

The bathroom has a full size bath with shower , wc, hand basin, shaver point and heating.

To the front of the property there is a sunny patio area with a table, chairs and parasol

To the rear there is the private pool and gated drive way.

Please note that there is a 20% non refundable reservation deposit which is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks or 10 weeks for July / August bookings before your holiday. A refundable deposit of £100 to cover damage / breakages is required with balance.

All prices include electricity, water and linen. Please note that air conditioning is charged as an extra if required at a cost of 15euros per week. Please supply your own beach towels. There is a one off payment of 60euros for cleaning and laundry charges payable at the villa on handing over the keys. Cot and highchair is availble to hire. An airport transfer can be made available.

Please note that the pool is used at your own risk.

We also have a spacious 2 bed apartment situated near Entre Naranjos golf course which is a fifteen minute drive from the villa ideal if you have a large group. it is not currently listed on Holiday lettings but will be soon, please contact for great deals.

Full payment is due 8 weeks before rental and 10 weeks for July and August

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca area has one of the bests climates in europe with 320 days of sunshine and very low rainfull with average mid day temperatures of 70 degrees.

The area has plenty to do for every taste with excellent safe white beaches, water sports, 3 aqua parks, numerous golf courses for all standerds, horse riding, quad biking,go carting, shopping, many restauants and sight seeing close by. There are beautiful Spanish towns near by like Almoradi or about 45mins drive away there is Benidorm. Valencia is 2.5 hours drive away where the Grand prix is held and Barcellona is 5hrs away.

The famous La manga club is about 1 hour away with three 18 hole courses to choose from this also where England football team have trained.

The Grand Desgins house is a short drive away which offers fantastics views.

The Guardamar del Segura / Elraso area

The area has everthing you will need for a fantastic holiday with the local beaches have all been awarded the blue flag each year for their facilities and water quality.

The golf courses are some of the best in Spain, Villa Martin hosted the Spanish open and La Finca club is hosting a major Spanish tournement in September. There is no need to bring your clubs as you can hire these from the course also buggy hire is available, but all clubs have a dress code.

There is a regular bus service to the nearest town and beach.

Guardamar del Segura is the closest town it is a typical small Spanish costal town with beautiful beaches and a wonderful landscaped park and near by pine forests. At night there is a night market and funfare. During the month of July the local festival is held the Moors and Christians parade where everyone dresses up.

The main town is Torrevieja is a 10min drive away, it is an old fishing town with its own habour and small fishing fleet. There is also a marina, night market and funfare, there are superb restaurants over looking the marina. Torrevieja has its own water park and a very large market on a Friday.

There is a smaller aqua park in near by Quesada about 10mins drive away. There is a Sunday market within walking distance of the villa.

A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari Park, located at Elche, the park has a wide range of animals on display as well as swimming pools and water slides. There are also dolphin displays to watch.

The villa is easy to reach either from Alicante or Murcia san javier airports both within 30min drive.

Cheap flights are available from Easyjet, Ryanair and Air Berlin and other airline companies.

There are plenty of taxis available and some speak english. I would recommend Carjet .com for your car rental.

“Nice villa in excellent location for beach and general area access” Villa lovely and clean, in a quiet street in El Raso but not far from the urbanisation entrance. El Raso is in a great position for the beach at Guardamar and exploring Torevieja and the general area, obviously a car is necessary. Neighbours either side were great as was communication with owners. Will check availability of this villa next time.

“Great Holiday” We stayed at the villa for 16 days and had a lovely holiday. It was a perfect size for the 3 of us. The villa is well located to explore this area of the Costa Blanca with its glorious sandy beaches. You will need to hire a car though with supermarkets and beaches being a 5-10 mins drive
