Ideal location for exploring the Costa Blanca, centrally located only a short walk through the pine forest to the beach and a short drive to numerous golf courses, Torrevieja and Alicante and a great choice of family days out from Castles to theme parks.

This very comfortable modern apartment, is situated in a new complex in Guardamar and have a clean, bright interior with 3 bedrooms all excellently furnished and a large balcony with good views of the sea.

The property shares a lovely free form swimming pool with a children's area and plenty of room to sunbathe. It is truly a home away from home and you will enjoy every moment staying at this property.

Any of these can be booked by us prior to your arrival, with up to 15% discounts on some activities, except the relaxing that is free.

The resort of Guardamar is very popular with the Spanish as the area boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca and has many good local restaurants from tapas, fish and paella dishes to international cuisine.
Guardamar means 'guard the sea' and a walk up to the castle is worth a visit where the views are stunning.

Guardamar is a 25 minute drive south of Alicante airport.
You can fly to Alicante or Murcia airports from the UK via a number of airlines including British Airways, BMI, Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch, Ryanair and Thompson.
