About the home

This property is an absolute must, overlooking the beach which is only a 1 to 2 minutes walk from the Villa.

Casa Elizabeth is furnished to the very highest standard giving you a real feel for Spanish living, with a large enclosed Terrace with opening windows, a very large living area and combined American style kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and well decorated, especially the lower floor containing 1 bedroom with its own living area and bathroom, ideal for a little privacy if you need it.

This is a superb 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom property split on 2 levels with a large American style Kitchen offering an abundance of space for all to relax and enjoy a fabulous vacation and to enjoy a quiet drink with views of the mediterranean.

There is Wi Fi, 2 mbt wireless router in Casa Elizabeth to keep in touch with friends, family and work.

For those that enjoy music, the property has been adapted to provide sterio music to the living area and bedrooms.

There is sky television providing appoximately 40 tv channels and 14 English Radio Channels

The external terrace has been recently enclosed with glare free/reflecting windows which can be opened as required, providing privacy during your evening meal whilst listening to the waves quietly settle on the golden sandy beach.

The property is airconditioned to both upper and lower floors, ceiling fan units are provided in the upper floor bedrooms..

If you want to be at the pool, then Casa Elizabeth can offer you a unique swimming pool setting, you will have a choice of 3 pools combined provide pools together with a bar and cafe open till late in the evening so no need to pack-up for lunch, there is a small fee of €7.50 euros per person per week to use the pool, there is no charge for children under 10 year of age, Please be aware the pool is only open from the t5th June until 15th September.

An Electronic Security Safe is available for your personal belongings during your vacation at Casa Elizabeth.

Bed Linen and beach towels are also provided for your use

The Campomar hotel is also located at the end of the cul-de-sac which also provides you access in to the Hotel and access to the beach via a boardwalk, once again only 2 minutes walk from the Villa. The Hotel also provide an hourly bus service between 8.30am and 10.00pm at night to the centre of Guardamar Town, there are 3 or 4 drop-off and pick-up points to suite your daily shopping needs with a stop-off point wihin minutes of LLidl and Mercadona Supermarket.

So no need to pack your hair dryer, cork screw, bottle opener and can opener as they are all provided for your use.

Our hosts will be at the property on your arrival irrespective of your arrival time - (This is a complimentary service - no charge applied).

There is NO Supplementary charge for late departure from the Villa (This is a complimentay service - no charge applied).

For late arrivals, your hosts will ring you at home 2 days prior to your arrival in Spain - you provide your own shopping list and they will present the receipt for payment. (This is a complimentary service - no charge applied).

During your stay you will be provided with a 24 hour emergency telephone number in the event of sickness or injury within your party. Your hosts will assess the problem and if need be, transport you to the nearest medical centre for treatment and return you to the villa afterwards. (This is a complimentary service - No charge applied).

Cots and high chairs are available at a weekly cost.

Casa Elizabeth is located in a Cul-de-Sac, with the beach at the end of the road.

The beach shop offers drinks and snacks as well as beach sun loungers for hire. There is also a beach climbing from for both adults and children.

This a wonderful property built in Spanish style is located in a fabulous area right next to the beach and undoubtedly one of the very best vacation properties you will find on the Costa Blanca. The choice of 3 combined community pools with a bar and cafe located in the pool side area, a 3 star Hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Villa with shops, restaurants and hair dresser, there is a hourly bus service to and from the hotel to the centre of Guardamar del Segura for those that want to enjoy a day in the town offering spended restaurants and bars and is only minutes from the busy promenade and beach.

Guardamar also provides an excellent bus service to Torrevieja and surrounding villages as well as Torrevieja and the cities of Cartegena, Alicante and Benidorm.

Every Wednesday morning to mid afternoon, Guardamar hosts its street market offering fresh vegetables, cloths and novelety stalls.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Valencia Province is possibly the healthiest place in the world to take your vacation by fact that due to the mineral content of the sea water and surrounding mountains, the World Health Organisation has formally acknowledged this fact.

From Alicante in the North to Mar Menor in the South, the area is widely known for its lemon and orange groves which prevent the proliferation of mosquitos.

The city of Alicante is a short 25 minute drive from Guardamar and the Ancient City of Cartegena is only 45 minutes drive using the AP7 motorway.

The Guardamar del Segura / Guardamar area

Guardamar is a very ancient town steeped in history and is gradually becoming more cosmopolitan by fact of the influence of differing cultures settling in the area. Guardamar further hosts one of the most popular street markets in the area every Wednesday morning offering fruit, vegetables, clothes and trinkets for the whole family. Local markets can be visited every single day within 20 minutes drive from the property.

Even on a chilly day you can take advantage of the in-door heated swimming pool located in the centre of Guardamar.

For those that enjoy beach walking or do not wish to use the Hotel Bus Service to Guardamar, Guardamar town and its beach is only a 15 minute walk from the property along the beach.

Guardamar boasts 4 Golf Resorts within 20 minutes drive from the property, notably "La Finca" which is the PGA Headquarters for Spain.

Within 15 minutes drive or by bus, will take you to the town of Torrevieja which boasts a 30 Lane Bowling Alley, Aqua Park, 6 Screem Cinema. The Habaneras Shopping Mall has C & A´s, H & M, Zara to name but a few major stores located in the Mall and for the shoppers a wide range of supermarkets such as Carrefour, Mercaddona, Lidl and Aldi are all located in the same area.

Low Cost flights by Monarch, Jet2, BMI, Easy Jet and Thompson arrive daily at Alicante from most UK airports, Guardamar is located to the south of Alicante using the N332 coast road, travel time by car is approximately 20 minutes.

As an alternative to Alicante, flights also arrive daily at (Murcia - San Javier) airport and similar to Alicante offer daily low cost flights from most UK airports. Travel time is approximately 25 minutes to Guardamar via the AP7 motorway. Airlines using this route are, Globespan, Eastyjet, Monarch, Ryanair, Flybe and Thompson.

A fabulous property and we were amazed at the closeness of the beach, the Hotel buffett was brilliant and the kids loved the size of the communal pool. Spent most of our time on the beach and walking to Guardamar

An amazing holiday, best that we have had yet, Villa terrific and unusually large, the private pools and poolside bar saved us the trouble of leaving for lunch, the beach had its own bar, sun loungers and parasols. We will definitely book again next year

The thought of having to pay for the communal pool was very questionable. Very well worth it, the kids preferred the pools to the beach and the Villa was more than we expected for the price and our hosts were terrific
