About the home
House is set in the village of Quesda. There are local shops, restaurants, pubs within walking distance. The house is fully equipped including sun loungers, storage space, air conditioning (a must in Spain, dont forget to check other villas you have shortlisted!!). The area is quiet and pleasant.
SKY TV!!! WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR THE SKY TV (check other shortlisted properties, they may not have it or they may charge you!) BBC1&2, ITV1&2, Channel 4&5, some movie channels, Sky 1, + lots more!
No linen charges! No air con charges! No sky channel charges. No charges for late flight!!! Only 55 euros for cleaning! I can not believe how much other people are charging and all the extras!!
The main towns are Torrevieja and Guardamar. There you will find water parks, pine forest, marina, 18 hole golf course, tennis, watersports, horse riding, fishing, go-karting and bowling. There are markets, lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

All bedrooms with ample storage space. Main bedroom: luxury 5ft kingsize bed, patio doors leading to large balcony. Other bedrooms: a double bed and two single beds. The house if tiled throughout, which keeps it cool. It has air conditioning in lounge and main bedroom.
This property is idea for two couples staying. Downstairs is one of the bedrooms with a double bed and opposite it, the shower room/toilet. Upstairs is another double room with the bathroom next to it. Therefore, each couple gets their own bathroom room and a bit of privacy.

There is a large patio at the front of the house, undercover for shade. Idea for BBQ's with friends. There is also a patio with a pegoda for shade, at the side of the house. There is parking outside the house and a drive in the garden. There is a gravelled area with plants and trees at the front of the house.

Cleaning fee is only 55 euros!
An additional breakages fee of £50 only is payable but refunded after the holiday as long as there is no breakages of course. Check the other villas you have been looking at and you will find this fee is between £100-£200! £100 deposit on booking as well as the £50 returnable deposit. Full payment 8 weeks before.
We want to beat the extortionate prices the airplane companies charge. Therefore, we are flexible about what day you would like to come out. Most of the other holiday lettings state you need to come out from Saturday to Saturday. We have found Tuesday to Tuesday is much cheaper. Please take this into account when booking your villa. Find the cheapest days to fly and then get in touch with us!
Fed up with having to leave your accommodation hours before you leave for the airport? Nothing to do and the kids getting tired before they even get to the airport? Then rent our house: if your flight is at 9 0'clock in the evening, stay til then at no extra charge!

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The area is ideal for golfers. On the site there is an 18 hole golf course. There is also water parks, pine forest, marina, tennis, watersports, horse riding, fishing, go-karting and bowling. On the beach there are play areas for children. There are markets, lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. This holiday is ideal for families, couples wanting to get away from it all or active people wanting to try out new things.
The golden beaches are cleaned every day and are beautiful. There is a gentle wind near the sea to cool you down.
The Guardamar del Segura / Quesada, Alicante area
Quesada has a lovely village with restaurants, shops, banks, chemists and pubs. There is also a main supermarket, just up the road from the house. The house is situated between Guardamar and Torrevieja. Both towns have a variety of restaurants, shops and night life. They also have fabulous beaches!

We have found Thompson www.flythompson.com and Monarch www.monarchfly.com are the cheapest and they go from Luton straight to Alicante. Easy Jet also fly from Luton. Most airlines also flight from Heathrow and Gatwick to Alicante. Cheapest car hire we have found is through travelsupermarket.com.

We are back home now and had a wonderful time. There was everything at the house that we could possibly want and your neighbour George was very friendly, as was the man who lived in number 1, though I didn't know his name!
We will definitely consider coming back. It was so peaceful and quiet and although we had a car and got around a bit, you actually had most things on your doorstep. I have already forwarded details of the house to 2 of my friends at work, who are looking to book for next year so fingers crossed you may get some bookings!

We had a wicked Holiday thanks. It was really hot this year and yes we are all very tanned. Villa was perfect nice and simple with nothing the kids could break. Not sure what we are doing next year yet but we will stay in touch and would love to use the villa again.

Or you have to get out at a certain time, then you end up wandering around until it is time to go to the airport?? NOT WITH US! If your flight is 12 o'clock in the afternoon, you stay in the house until its time to go unless someone is booked in on the same day. If it is 12 o'clock at night, you stay at the house until it is time to go!
