Orange Grove Villa is located just a few minutes from the beach, on the outskirts of Guardamar town.
The area is quiet and peaceful, yet only a stones throw from Torrevieja and Alicante. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa has an air conditioning / heating system, ideal for hot summers and cooler winters. There is a communal pool with a shallow end perfect for the children.
The spacious balcony gives stunning views of the orange groves as well as the wonderful salf lakes where you can soak away your aches and pains. Two double and one twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The region of Alicante is located on the eastern coast of Spain and is part of the Costa Blanca, wedged between Murcia in the south, and Valencia in the north. The city of Alicante is on the coastline between Benidorm and Elche.
Alicante city has a population of over 300,000 and combines both classic and modern societies. Its history reaches back to prehistoric times with remains being found here from the third century before Christ. Today, Alicante is a first rate tourist centre thanks to its splendid beaches, excellent climate and well known facilities.
Besides its golden beaches and impressive Paseo Maritimo, Alicante has a wealth of history to offer the visitor and has an impressive mountain-top castle.
Recreation is the key word in Alicante, there are numerous parks, gardens and plazas in which to soak up the sun and the atmosphere. When it comes to beaches, the Playa de San Juan is considered to be one of the finest in Spain. A broad beach, some 5km long that has all the facilities you would expect, from hotels, bars, restaurants and even an 18 hole golf course.
Guardamar del Segura / Elraso area
Guardamar offers everything you need for a holiday in Spain. It is surrounded by two large and beautiful natural salt water lakes which form the "Salinas de Guardamar" and are an official Spanish Nature Reserve. These lakes attract a wide variety of bird life and this area is orientated towards families and couples.
The concentration of salt and the temperature, combine to endow this area with a particularly healthy micro-climate, recommended by doctors for its beneficial properties. Bathing in the salt lagoons is also becoming popular for many medicinal reasons, keep an eye out for the pink flamingo's which span the Lakes. The Salt Lakes are also a hive of activity for a whole host of other wild bird species. The climate in Guardamar makes it an ideal location for year round holiday activities. Especially, if you want to fulfil that yearning for a round of golf.
In Guardamar you can enjoy water sports at their best: windsurfing, scuba diving, fishing, water skiing, and more. But the options certainly don't end here. At the local municipal sports complex, you'll find an indoor football field, frontón tennis, tennis courts, swimming pools, basketball and handball.
Get a good tan on any of the area's broad, golden beaches: Moncayo, La Roqueta, Centro or the nudist beach of los Tuseles.
How to get there
Flights If you are planning a holiday to Costa Blanca and the region of Guardamar you can book flights from the majority of UK or European airports to Alicante or Murcia airport (San Javier airport), both being approximately 30 minutes from Elraso, which is only 10 minutes from the fantastic white beaches of Guardamar.
Airlines Many budget airlines such as Ryanair and EasyJet fly from most UK airports to the sunny Costa Blanca and www.travelsupermarket.com gives the opportunity to compare different airlines.
Car Hire www.drivespain.com or alternatively you are able to hire a car either from Alicante Airport or Murcia Airport (San Javier Airport), e.g., Hertz.
Buses There is a bus service from Alicante airport to Guardamar, via Alicante Town and there is a regular bus service to all the local towns, including Torrevieja and further afield such as Cartagena.

Further details indoors: This self catering villa is furnished to the highest standards with fully fitted kitchen, overlooking the orange groves and salf lakes and backs onto the communal swimming pool .
A short walk brings you into the commercial area where you will find english supermarkets, restaurants, shops and bars. The location of the villa is ideal for those wishing for either a beach or a golfing holiday.
The ground floor of the villa has a dining area with a table and 6 chairs, a lounge area with two 2-seater sofas for you to relax on after a hard day.
The kitchen is fully equipped, i.e., a toaster, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, cutlery and utensils and a kettle. There is also an iron and ironing board.
There are three bedrooms and all linen is provided. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. Each room also has bedside tables and built in wardrobes.
There is a shower room and a bathroom, 2 WC. All towels are provided but we would ask that you provide your own beach towels.
Further details outdoors: There is a glass patio table and 4 chairs, a garden parasol and a BBQ with the relevant utensils.
The communal pool is shared between a small number of units and therefore provides the opportunity for families with young children to meet other children.

A booking deposit of £100.00 will be required to secure the booking. This is non-refundable in the event of the booking being cancelled.
The balance of the payment and the security deposit of £100.00 will be required as cleared funds, 8 weeks prior to your departuture.
The security deposit is required to cover damages / breakages and will be refunded once the villa has been checked and the keys have been returned. However, £50.00 of the security deposit will be deducted to cover cleaning / laundry charges.
