About the home

Newly built in 2007, Villa Momoss is a lovely 3-bedroom villa offering all modern conveniences, H D T V with English channels. A fully-equipped kitchen, and located within easy reach of the beach (10 mins drive) and all the local shops, bars and restaurants. The property also features a private garden and terrace, with BBQ, and a communal pool, all great spots to soak up the sun.

Fantastic for golfers as within the local area are numerous top class courses, La Finca and Villa Martin are both excellent and within a 30 minute drive. Other great courses in the locality include Alicante Golf which was designed by Seve himself and hosted the 2004 Spanish Open. Watch out for the water!!

They say the with the salt lakes nearby there are no mosquitoes! This has to be one of the healthiest places in Spain.

On the ground floor of the property (the main area of the villa) you find a hot/cold Air conditioning unit, dining area with table and 6 chairs, and the lounge is equipped with a large 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, TV with H D and movies. The first bedroom has hot/cold air conditioning, 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with shower, w c and wash hand basin.


On the first floor there is the master bedroom with hot/cold Air conditioning, double bed, bedside cabinet. And built - in wardrobe. there is also a second bedroom there are two single beds, Air conditioning hot/cold, bed side cabinet, built in wardrobe, and the main Bathroom with full- size bath, shower and screen, biet, W C and hand wash basin.

The property has a first floor sun terrace ideal for relaxing and sun bathing, and there is also a large Communal pool which has a children's pool and a grass seating area. There is gated parking area for 2 cars.

To all guests please keep noise to a minimum after the hour of 12 PM so as not to disturb your neighbours.

To secure all bookings a 25% none refundable deposit is required.
Balance of payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.

A 50euros (£40) charge for clean is payable on arrival at villa.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Valencia is the home of paella, and this area has white sandy beaches, with the mountains rolling away to the sea. The city of Valencia blends Roman and Gothic architecture with ultra-modern constructions, and is an increasingly fashionable destination.

The Costa Blanca, or "White Coast" is dotted with lovely sandy beaches and with the mix of friendly locals, good food and gentle climate, it is not hard to see why it is such a popular holiday destination. Having said that, it offers great opportunities for relaxing, and is certainly one of the quieter regions of Spain.

The Guardamar del Segura / Elraso area

Guardamar itself is situated on the River Segura, and enjoys a beautiful Mediterranean climate almost all the year round. The property is located near the famous salt lakes of Del Segura and is just a short drive from some of the best golf courses in Spain. Torrevieja is also nearby, at just 10 minutes drive.

Aside from the more historic sites in the region, there is a wide range of more active pursuits available, such as horse riding, karting and watersports. Benidorm is also close at hand, with its vibrant nightlife and a giant theme park.

With all these different options there really is something for everyone - why not enjoy it from the comfort of this ideal home?

Flights are available to Alicante or Murcia and the property is just half an hour from both.

For cheap flights, try Flymonarch, BMIbaby, Thompsonfly and others, which fly from a range of UK airports.

Car hire is available at both airports.
