A 3 Bed, 2 Bath house in the outskirts of the town of Guardamar del Segura. The apartment is fully airconditioned and comes equipped with Satelite TV and Security Alarm. Master Bedroom has double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 singles and bedroom 3 currently has 1 single but may be changed to bunks. The Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 both have windows looking out to sea (see pictures for the view from these windows - just imagine waking up to this view in the morning!). There is also a sea facing terrace with table and chairs to while away the time, taking in the view or eating al fresco as desired or just admiring the view.
There is a communal pool adjacent to the apartments.
The property is very close to the thriving Marina and fresh fish can be bought direct from the marina in the mornings (very early!). There is a supermarket within walking distance and indeed the main town area of Guardamar is a pleasant walk away. The beach is approx 1,000 metres from the Aaprtment and is reached via a pleasant walk through the small forested area as seen on the sea view photo. There are numerous walkways within the forest area. The beach then stretches away into Guardamar town and beyond.

Property is in q quiet part of Guardamar in the Port area with a Supemarket (approx 400 m) with all necessary provisions within 2 minute walk. There is a communal pool (without lifeguards). There is a "protective " forest between the property and the sea which has been placed to protect the Dunes area and this is an ongoing conservation project with many viewing areas depicting how the conservation is being achieved. There are several walks within this small forested area and indeed the town of Guardamar can to reached through one of these routes (20 minute stroll). A local agent can provide any assistance on arrival or to arrange vists or other amenities as required (at further cost where relevant).
Dogs are not allowed and there are rules related to the communal pool for the protection and comfort of all (e.g. no glass within the pool area etc). Copies of these are available either on request or in the pool complex.

About the Costa Blanca and Alicante
The perfect climate for all year round holidays and is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest climates in the world! Winter warmth (averaging 18C) is ideal for Golfers and Holiday Makers.
Much for the explorer in historic cities such as Alicante, Murcia and Cartegena, all within about 50 kms with many museums, fascinating architecture, parks and other places of interest. Murcia has a grand cathedral which is well worth a visit. Fortuna is about 65 km inland and has the additional attractions of thermal pools and treatment centres.
There are many golf courses nearby, including Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa/ Rojales, La Finca/Algorfa, Mosa Trajectum, La Manga, Torre Pacheco/Mar Menor, Molina de Segura, Tres Molinos, Trampolin Hills, Polaris World's El Valle, La Torre and La Loma to name but a few! Golf clubs and buggies can be hired. (Details of any of these courses can be supplied on request either when checking availabilty or from the locally based agents.
Lots of pleasant beaches nearby including Guardamar de Segura and a short drive to Torrevieja and Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig. These beaches have been regularly awarded the familiar Blue Flag status guaranteeing high standards. There are all the usual children's play areas, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars along the beaches.
If nature is your thing there are many National Parks and Nature Reserves for walking and bird watching etc
BEACHES - Lots of clean sandy beaches nearby, many with Blue Flag status. Along the Orihuela Costa there are many areas where quiet beaches can be enjoyed and a short distance away Torrevieja also has a fine beach with all the normal amenities.
In TORREVIEJA there are lots of watersports available from sailing to windsurfing, canoeing to jetskiing, snorkelling and waterskiing; boat trips; a floating submarine museum; aquaparks; Go-karting; a funfair; Bowling; Riding; Casino; Cinemas and many bars and restaurants.
There is a craft market in Torrevieja at the weekend.There are also various local street markets. San Miguel de Salinas holds one on each Wednesday and Torrevieja on Friday (9am to 2pm).
BENIDORM has lots attractions with Terra Mitica, the Mediterranean's largest theme park and Mundomar Marine Park only a leisurely drive north.
MAR MENOR, with its salt lake, mud baths, golf and the renowned sporting La Manga complex are half an hour drive south.
Guardamar del Segura
This apartment is great for families and/or golfers. With the choice of 3 fine quality golf courses within minutes, plus several other courses within a half hour drive and some super beaches within 10 minutes you just can’t go wrong. Coupled with a super climate which promises 320 days of sunshine a year, what more could one ask?
The town and beaches of Guardamar are very close to hand and beaches are cleaned on a daily basis with all of the facilities you would expect on a Spanish Holiday beach without the large crowded areas. The town has many bars and restaurants all delivering good quality and value for money menus.
The much visited Villamartin Plaza is only 18 km away and houses many varied and excellent eating facilities, bars and a variety of shops. There are also supermarkets and other shops in nearby villages and Torrevieja is only 16 kms away, with its large Carrefour hypermarket and many other large retail outlets of all sorts. A totally different shopping approach can also be found at the Friday market but arrive early as the market is busy and ends at 2pm. (There is also a Market in San Miguel de Salinas on Wednesdays and a local market in Guardamar Sundays)
There is a market in Guardamar on a Sunday morning but it pays to get there early as it is very popular with locals and vistors alike.
