This apartment is a perfect choice for family holidays. This complex has a choice of indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sauna, gym, jacuzzi and tennis courts. Located in a sought after gated complex this apartment has a spacious interior to include thermostatically controlled air-conditioning/heating, computer control panel to set the alarm system, lighting and open shutters, wifi internet, a folding glass fronted balcony with views overlooking the communal pool. The complex is a short distance to the lovely sandy beaches of Guardamar.

Any of these can be booked by us prior to your arrival, with up to 15% discounts on some activities, except the relaxing that is free.

The resort of Guardamar is very popular with the Spanish as the area boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca and has many good local restaurants from tapas, fish and paella dishes to international cuisine.
Guardamar means 'guard the sea' and a walk up to the castle is worth a visit where the views are stunning.

The property will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.

We can also supply cot and Highchair hire at 20 euro a week each.
