This new three bedroom, two bathroom detached villa is located on the El Raso development just outside the spanish town of Guardamar Del Segura.Located adjacent to the La Mata National Park the villa is ideally located to explore the region - Guardamar's blue flag beaches,numerous golf courses and water sports.

The El Raso urbanisation is a high quality low rise development recently completed with bars,restaurants,shops,bank just a few minutes walk away.Close by there is Quesada village which has more facilities including a water park.

Villa Sabrina is one of 21 similar villas contained within a gated community - with a central communal pool - ideal & safe for the children.The rear of the villa is south facing with a sun patio,barbecue area and overlooks lemon groves towards the La Mata Salt Lake - ideal to relax, read and enjoy a cool Gin & Tonic !

A £100 fully refundable security deposit against breakages/damage is to be added to the cost of the rental.

A 75 Euro cleaning fee is to be paid to the property manager upon arrival.

The villa is NO SMOKING inside.
