A beautiful detached villa in a very private setting,features are; private pool and spa, communal pool, upstairs terrace, two downstairs terraces, two good size bedrooms upstairs with bathroom, A large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower,all bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobes too each bedroom, two security safes,40" plasma TV with English channels,kitchen includes,fridge freezer,oven , hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, washing machine,clothes dryer on upstairs terrace

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Valencia is a fantastic place,its known excellent beaches,it has a roman,gothic feel in its architecture.
The costa blanca is known as the white coast and has a vibrant feel.

Alicante is a very bustling town and must be visited,its got good spanish traditions and many good things going on

The Guardamar del Segura / Elraso area

Guardamar is a lovely vibrant town,it is situated on the river segura,it has a lovely beach,local market,and many activities within its catchment area.
It has a leisure centre for tennis and indoor swimming facillities.
The locals are very friendly,there are beach activities,watersports and cycling tours available.
night life is good.
Neighbouring town torreiveica is too a very nice beach resort,10 minutes drive,must be visited.

“deposit.....” be careful when booking this villa, its lovely and we had a lovely stay there but we were not refunded out £200 deposit, after several attempts of contacting the owner , and holiday lettings werent really interested when we contacted them Response: Firstly, thankyou for your review, im glad you enjoyed your stay at my property, unfortunately the reason that your deposit was not refunded was due too damages in the property as you are aware, obviously as in any other cases a deposit is only refundable if there are no problems.I hope this clarifies the matter and i look forward too seeing you next time, many thanks
