Home description
Newly finsihed bright and clean apartment with everything needed for a great family holiday. There is a TV with DVD player in a very comfortable lounge. There is a lovely kingsized bed in the master bedroom with en suite private bathroom with walk-in shower. The two other bedrooms each have two single beds serviced by a shared bathroom consisting of bath w/shower basin & toilet. There are views from the balcony of the nature reserve which leads to the beach and overlooking the swimming pool. The accommodation is close to the Marina and local town which has plenty of shops, restaurants, cinema and indoor swimming pool; there are several golf courses all within a 20 mins drive.

Apartment is approx 30 mins drive from Alicante; Other attractions include: Terra Mitica theam park located in Benidorm a 55 mins drive, Alicante Marina, Torrevija markets and marina, La Mata national park, Sofia Renia nature park. Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is a 10 minute drive
Within 15 minute drive you have 3 beautiful Golf courses providing a challenge for players of all abilities. No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses also hire electric buggies. The courses all have eighteen holes, putting and chipping greens and practice areas. There are also cafeteria’s/ restaurants where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round.

The apartment is strictly 'No Smoking' so that it remains enjoyable for all guests. The change-over day can be flexible during less busy times (Low season) and shorter stays less than a week are also available during low season. Discounts can be available for low season long lets. Towels can be made available at additonal charge to cover laundry cost 2 Euros per person. There is also a cleaning fee of 55 Euros to be left for the cleaner , this is to cover cleaning of untilities NOT your washing up or emptying the fridge freezer and bins, if this is left for the cleaner there will be aditional charge at 8 Euros per hour, which will be deducted from your deposit. The hot water is provided by Bottled gas so as to provide constant hot water. (really useful when 3 or more guests staying) there will be a least one full gas bottle when you arrive if during your stay you start using it then it is your responsiblity to get the empty one refilled which is a cost of approx 15 Euro's and be exchanged at the local garage 4mins by car. if you leave it and it has to be done at change over then there will be a charge of 20 Euros ,which will be taken out of your depoist also, if not left in the apartment when you leave. The Electric is on a meter so that guest do not abuse the air conditioning and leave it running with doors and windows open or when away from the apartment. Unfortunely I have had he electric abused and the cost was very extreme ! hence the installation of the meter, It charged for electric used not on a time slot. It takes 2 Euro coins.
Additional services: Child minding service for day and evening available from a UK registered child minder. Catering for dinner party in your own apartment by quilified chef. Prices on request.
