Home description
This old Marchigiane farmhouse has five bedrooms and four bathrooms (three of which are en-suite). There is a family lounge with open fireplace and dining area as well as a well appointed kitchen. There is also a piano in the lounge for the use of visitors.
Outside you will find a pool and extensive grounds all with views to the mountains and some individual features.
This is truly a place to kick back and just relax, a place to read that novel you have been meaning to read, a place for artists and photographers. You will find historic hilltop towns, museums and churches as well as designer shopping.

The Marche / Abruzzo / Marche region
Le Marche is a very unknown part of Italy, sometimes described as Italy's hidden jewel. There is much to see and do here, with mountains, lakes and the Adriatic all within easy reach, plus fabulous historical towns and buildings and a great variety of wildlife. The Sibillini Mountains are truly stunning, with the possibility of skiing and snowboarding between January and March.
This region is also home to the designer shoe factories which means there are many bargains to be had at the outlets and local markets.

Gualdo area
A small hilltop town wonderfully restored with banks, shops and bar. Gualdo has been beautifully restored and has a fabulous vantage point across the valley to the mountains.
