Our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury ground floor apartment is located beach side of the main coast road on the New Golden Mile between Puerto Banus & Estepona. It is part of a beautiful complex in Guadalmina Baja sandwiched between the two Guadalmina Golf Courses. The area is well known for its luxurious ambience and its large villas & is one of the most exclusive & sought after locations on the whole of the Costa del Sol.

Puerto Banus was originally built as a luxury marina & shopping complex for the rich & famous. It has since become one of the largest entertainment centres on the Costa del Sol & one of the favourite resorts of international celebrities. It offers its visitors an extraordinary fare of expensive shopping malls, restaurants & bars with a stunning 300 berth marina studded with luxury yachts. There is also a multiplex cinema & a marine observatory for visitors to enjoy.

Renowned for its Blue Flag beaches, Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has successfully maintained its charm and character, despite the onslaught of tourism. Notwithstanding, all the tourist facilities are here, including restaurants, leisure activities, and shops. There are numerous street cafes and tapas bars which still serve traditional Spanish delicacies along the steep, cobbled, narrow streets. There is also an array of restaurants located along the main promenade overlooking the sea. Estepona Port holds a Sunday market for more of the “touristy” type of goods.

San Pedro is probably the most typical Spanish town left on the Costa del Sol, kept very clean with a central shopping area, quiet parks and squares and beautiful gardens. Be sure to head for the central plaza here with its gracious parish church and surrounding narrow streets which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars. Thursday is street market day with all the associated hustle and bustle; a veritable bargain shopper's paradise.

A pleasant walk is from the centre of town to the beachfront along the Avenida del Marques del Duero which is a particularly attractive wide avenue flanked by palm trees. And the modern wide promenade is ideal for continuing your stroll (or skateboarding!) with several excellent chiringuitos (beachside restaurants) specialising in fish dishes. Visit Bora Bora if only for a drink at the bar. It is one of the best beach clubs on the coast, with a superb restaurant and all the usual beach facilities, a tropical paradise.

San Pedro has the last summer fair (feria) in Andalucia which takes place during the week of the 19th October, and lasts four days. On the penultimate day of the fair, a bull fight is held in celebration of Iberian culture.

Ronda is situated in a very mountainous area about 750 m above mean sea level. The Guadalevín River runs through the city, dividing it in two and carving out the steep, 100 plus meters deep El Tajo canyon upon which the city perches. Its location allows breathtaking views over the Canyon.

The apartment, which sleeps up to 6 (a travel cot is also available), is furnished to the highest standard & comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and hot & cold air conditioning. The master bedroom contains a king size double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The master bedroom has an En-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath & there is a separate family bathroom.

The lounge & dining area house a matching leather sofa & sofa bed along with marble dining furniture, as well as flat screen TV & DVD player. Although with over 300 days of sunshine annually, you probably won't want to waste too much time indoors. With direct access to the private pool & children's play area or just a short stroll to the beach, our apartment is perfect for families. You don't have to worry if you want to holiday with friends or family as we also have access to a second similar apartment on the same complex (subject to availability).

The Costa del Sol isn't also known as the Costa del Golf without good reason. With over 50 golf courses located within around a 30 minute drive, many much closer, our apartment also makes the ideal base for a golfing holiday.

Located beach side of the main coast road on the New Golden Mile between Puerto Banus & Estepona. It is part of a beautiful secure gated complex in Guadalmina Baja, sandwiched between the two Guadalmina Golf Courses. The area is well known for its luxurious ambience and its large villas & is one of the most exclusive & sought after locations on the whole of the Costa del Sol. Guadalmina shopping centre is just across the road, accessed via a footbridge, where you will find a large supermarket along with a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and banks.

"Excellent family holiday"

We have just returned from our 2nd family holiday here, the apartment is spacious clean and beautifully furnished with air conditioning, it's on a private secure complex and the pool is only 20 paces from the front, and with English TV channels the children were very happy!

"Perfect transaction with a great owner for a superb appartment at a good price"

This was the first time I booked through Holiday Lettings. Smooth payment with Paypal. Key delivery was done at the appartment with the property manager, fast and efficient. Had to pay a 200€ deposit which was refunded to me at the end of my stay. Las Adelfas de Guadalmina is on the lower side of the N340; the motorway that crossed the province of Malaga. Very close from the road but the appartment in question is at the other side of the building so noise from the road are not an issue at all. There is a pedestrian crossing that connects Las Adelfas with a not so small commercial center where you can find bookshops, restaurants, cash dispensers, and a decent supermarket. Pretty convenient. Now for the appartment. Las Adelfas is elegantly decorated and not with Ikea furniture. It is obvious that the owners use the place a lot and you can feel it. Very nice terrace, central air-cond. (but playing with the shutters the appartment is very cool in summer). Good bedding in both rooms. There is even a safe in the master's bedroom. Ensuite bathroom with whirlpool. Secure doorlock, what else could I say? Common areas were very well maintained with gardeners working all day long to keep the are clean and attractive. Reasonably sized pool. We really enjoyed our holiday. I would strongly recommend this place for families with children or teenagers. Beach is a 15 min walk and a 3 min drive.
