About the home

A two-bedroom house with all the details of interior décor functional and warm. You really appreciate a vacation in the Maremma , above all when you arrive and see that it is a welcoming place.

The house is set In spacious surroundings - the facilities are shared between the 8 other houses on site. There are gardens and a swimming pool, well blended within the architecture of the residence and equipped with a small sauna and Turkish bath, are at the disposal of the guests

Every apartments and the suite Pippo are equipped with table and chairs in the garden under beach umbrellas or a pergola of wisteria (Platano and Scuola di Sotto) or a portico (Casa di Papo and Scuola di Sopra).

Included in the price:
laundry for the bedroom, the bathroom (bath-towel, towel, bidet) and the kitchen (2 kitchentowels, 2 sponges, small tablecloths made by straw); dishes for the kitchen and the table;
change of towels on Wednesday; final cleaning; weekly cleaning and a complete weekly change of linen the 7th day, (bed, bath, kitchen), for more than week stay;
gas for cooking and heating; use of water and electricity; sat television in the living-room of each apartment.

The Grosseto / Braccagni area

We are in the Maremma, a few minutes away from Grosseto (16km) and around 25/30km from the beautiful beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Alberese. The Versegge residence is at the centre of a fantastic route where culture, sea, and mountains are easily reached by car or train. We are 5 Km from the medieval villages of Montepescali and Sticciano and really close to the old villages of Montemassi (it figures in Simone Martini's fresco of 1328 "Guidoriccio da Fogliano on horseback" in the Palazzo Civico in Siena), Roccatederighi and Roccastrada; Roselle and Vetulonia with them romans and etruscans ruins are a 15 minutes by car; in 40 minutes you can reach the town of Massa Marittima with his beautiful Cathedral and square, full of historical and cultural events. The Natural Park of Maremma with trekking, bicycles, horseback routes is just 20 minutes from us. During the summer you can attend theatrical events in the magic Teatro delle Rocce (Gavorrano) or in the Parco di Pietra (Roselle), you can see historical parades or eat and dance in the many village festivals. When the weather is not good you can enjoy a visit to the wineyard of Rocca di Montemassi with his Museum of Rural Civilization or to the Rocca di Frassinello, designed by Renzo Piano; you can relax yourself in Saturnia baths and then drink a good Morellino di Scansano close to it. We are in an enchanting corner of Tuscany between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Metal-bearing Hills birthplace of Etruscan civilization: what else?
