L'Annexe is a 3-storey terraced house with private pool, on the Giscle river opposite the Cogolin boatyard.
Within this gated community are homes connected by a network of canals and river, stone bridges and pretty streets. L'Annexe was built in 2000.

Lovely private pool for sole use of the property is located in the garden of the property next to the private terrace.

The forecourt also houses a washing machine & dryer, ironing board and iron.
Depending on availability, our Dufour 36' sail boat may be available for additional accommodation. Similarly, the mooring at the bottom of the garden may be available for your boat but for limited draft vessels only.

Port Grimaud Waterside House: L'Annexe is a Provencal style fisherman's house located in the village of Port Grimaud, on the River Giscle opposite the Cogolin boatyard.
Port Grimaud is a French historical village set in the Baie de St. Tropez on the Cote D'Azur. It's a miniature Venice built around pretty canals and bridges, but in the Provencal style of the fisherman's house rather than the grand palazzi of Venezia.
There is a ferry service from Port Grimaud across the bay to St. Tropez, and on to Ste. Maxime & Les Issambres (http://www.bateauxverts.com/gb/index.html).

Location Information: Port Grimaud is located in the a Baie de St. Tropez, between Ste. Maxime and St. Tropez, and about 60 miles west of Nice. Our house is on the Giscle river with direct access to the bay.
The local complex of La Foux, which includes the Casino Geant supermarket, pharmacy and several smaller shops, is also within walking distance (and there's a shopping trolley in the house).
Golf is available near this property.
Other Activities: Tourism, including historic sites Golf: Beauvallon Ski: During the winter season: skiing at Isola 2000 in the Alpes-Maritimes, just north of Nice; about 2-3 hours. Ice skating in Ste. Maxime and St. Tropez.
