At 3 Km from Greve in Chianti between Florence and Siena in the heart of Chianti Classico, for rent in beautiful and scenic hillside location within a large country house, rustic Studio completely independent. At 500 m s.l.m. above the medieval village of Montefioralle and the Romanesque Pieve of San Cresci House reached a driveway from the road. The House is located at the Centre of an estate and is surrounded by cypress trees, vineyards and olive trees. the apartment is accessed through a wide stone terrace completely furnished for guests to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors. The House is inhabited by the family of the owner. The rustic Studio, renovated with stone, wood and brick with exposed beams is from: a living room with large fireplace, a kitchenette, fridge, marble table and sofa, TV, wi-fi and a bathroom with a large shower. Through a short wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine floor used as a sleeping area with a double bed. Large car park in front of the House in a fenced property. At the request of mountain bikes. Nearby: riding, swimming pool, tennis and golf.

This proposal of accommodation is suitable for those seeking a quiet place to rest and as the starting point of many hiking (trekking for interesting nearby destinations), by bike or by car to the most famous wine cellars, the characteristic villages of Central Tuscany and cities of art.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Marco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
