Welcome to Dreamers Corner, our holiday home from home.
Set within a well established family park, ideal for a relaxing break, family fun or discovering the delights of the Norfolk Broads and the beautiful East Coast.
Wild Duck holiday park has everything you could think of with Indoor Swimming pool & Toddler pool, Outdoor Swimming pool, Sports court, 2 children's play areas, children's clubs, Oasis restaurant with wireless Internet access, evening entertainment, on site shop, fish & chip stall, bike & go kart hire shop, Mini Golf and Amusement area with Mini ten-pin bowling and much more. Seasonal activities such as Archery and In Pool Water Sports are bookable on site.
Our holiday home is well located, just a minute stroll from the majority of the amenities, including, sports court, 1 of the parks, Indoor pool, club & restaurant. Other amenities are all within a 5 minute walk.
Enjoy the best of both worlds, of being close to the amenities, then enjoying the peacefulness back at our home, with its large plot, giving woodland views from the lounge, you can truly appreciate the quieter moments, watching the wild rabbits, ducks and occasionally their ducklings and other wild birds to be seen. There is plenty of space around for children to play, or take a family bike ride around the site. Also ample parking for up to 3 cars on pitch is available.

Inside you will find a central lounge with seating for up to 10 people, including pull out occasional double sofa bed, coffee table, fireplace with electric fire, TV with Sky channels including movies, PS2 console with 2 controllers and selection of games, DVD player, Mini Hi-Fi, and plenty of storage.
Adjacent to the lounge is the kitchen/Diner, with full size oven, fridge, separate 3 drawer freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, ample cupboard & drawer space and kitchen utensils including crockery, cutlery, glasses and plastics suitable for youngsters.
The Dining area has dining table and seating for 6 with 4 matching chairs and 2 matching stools, and radiator.
Moving onto the Master bedroom, with double bed, 2 door wardrobe, TV cabinet with TV, over bed cupboards, bedside cabinets, dressing table with stool, hair-dryer, shaver socket and large vanity mirror, and radiator.
The master en-suite has shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet and heated towel rail.
Our second bedroom has 2 single beds, with over bed cupboards, full length wardrobe and radiator.
The second bathroom has shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet and radiator.
Opposite the 2nd bathroom you will find our laundry area, with 3kilo washing machine, tumble dryer, airers, Iron and Ironing board.
Tennis rackets are provided for guests use.
All rooms have radiators, all bed linen is provided.

Conditions
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside of our holiday home. However guests are able to smoke outside on the patio area, provided that ashtrays are used (ashtrays can be found in kitchen drawer) and stubs/butts are carefully disposed of.
All pricing include mains gas & electric.
Pets of any type are not allowed in the caravan.
The East Anglia / Norfolk region
The Norfolk region is most well known for the Broads and the south east coastal line with some of the UK's longest beaches, including some of the finest Blue flag beaches.
For great shopping with a touch of culture Norwich city is well worth a visit.
Just a hop across the border into Suffolk and you will find Oulton Broad which often has speedboat racing weekends, and Lowestoft with its long sandy beaches and traditional fishing town.
The Great Yarmouth / Belton area

Wild Duck holiday park is easily accessible from all parts of the UK.
Norwich airport is an approximate 40 minute drive by car. Taxis and regular bus service are available.
By rail, the nearest train stations are at Hadiscoe, a 10 minute car drive just down the road. Taxi and bus service available. Or Great Yarmouth train station is 10.5 km also with regular bus service and taxis.
A regular bus service runs from the entrance of the park, to Gt Yarmouth.
By car take the A47 to Gt Yarmouth, then turn onto the A143 towards Beccles.
We provide maps with full directions to all our guests, once balance is paid in full.

We have had a lovely week exploring different beaches and other tourist attractions using the caravan as a base to do so. The caravan is well equipped, well situated from on site facilities and homely with the added bonus of squirrels, rabbits and various birds living nearby. This amazed our 3year old . He also enjoyed guessing how many Llamas we would see when leaving or returning from the site! We would have no hesitation in booking the caravan another time. I was impressed with the level of communication and information to ensure our stay was a good one and it certainly was. P.S. Thank you so much for the refreshments. They were really appreciated.
