This lovely caravan has a spacious layout making it very comfortable for up to 8 people, 1 double room with 4 single beds spread across 2 rooms and the lounge has a pullout double, the single beds also collapse to make room for a travel cot, the van also benefits from blown heating throughout all rooms making it lovely and toasty all year round and large opening windows to keep it cool in the summer .

The lounge further benefits a 26" freeview TV for those of you who love your soaps or make use of our Wii console for great family fun, the kitchen is open planned with a full range gas cooker and oven and a microwave oven. Our caravan comes complete with all bedding at your request and will be made up before your arrive using fresh clean white linen, if you are staying for longer than 1 week we will clean it once a week with fresh bedding and linen as required.

Low season price is from £28 per night and high season from £50 per night.

Haven Seashore is the only seafront holiday site in yarmouth, our van is sited only 3 minutes from the entertainment complex which is far enough away that you sleep isn't disturbed but close enough for easy access, our van has parking outside and with hand rails on the steps leading up to the van along with the wider doors this is ideal for people with limited mobility although this van cannot be classed as having disabled access, the beech is less than 5 minutes from your door step using the decking in the complex , onsite there is a broad range of facilities with something for everybody day and night including cabaret, 2 pools and water slides, soft play, latest gaming machines, golf, archery, professional football coaching and much much more.

Just a short hop from your holiday home, you can step out onto six miles of golden sands at Yarmouth beach. Perfect for days spent building sandcastles.

Our breaks are about spending quality time with your family. If you've got kids that demand non-stop action come rain or shine, we have something to suit everyone; from a jam-packed entertainment schedule, an indoor pool with flumes to our outdoor SplashZone so you can soak up the sun, kids' clubs and evening shows. And let's not forget about the sporty stuff; we have go karts so you can explore the park, a climbing wall, Abseiling and for flying days we have a Zip Wire for all of you adrenaline junkies.

On Park Entertainment and entry to swimming pools is not included in the price of your holiday but passes can be purchased. we must be made aware if you want them 4 weeks prior to arrival so we have time to order them.

Park facilities are closed between nov 1st and april 1st during this period the holiday home can still be used but there is no club house or pool open

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sam (the owner) a message.

If Sam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
