Bella Ora is situated in the lovely coastal village of Scratby on the cliff top with superb views overlooking the sea. Two minute walk down to the long stretch of sandy beach. The bungalow offers a quiet and relaxful holiday, yet only walking distance to shops, restaurants, take aways, amusements, clubs and swimming pools which are open March to October. There is a pub and supermarket nearby open all year.
Recently renovated and designed to an excellent high standard the bungalow benefits from it's own enclosed front and private back garden and garage. Two wonderful outside decking areas furnished with table and chairs to enable you to dine outside.
Beautifully presented with three double bedrooms, large lounge, kitchen dining room and two bathrooms, the bungalow is ideal for families or couples looking for a spacious, well maintained property with a high level of comfort.

Recently refurbished to a very high standard: Three Bedrooms, sleeps upto six.
Entrance porch with coat hooks and space for shoes etc
Large lounge with sea views. Leather sofa with two matching armchairs. 42 inch new flat screen TV/Freeview with Video/Dvd. Parquet wood flooring. Patio doors onto outside decking overlooking front garden.
Newly fitted large kitchen with double oven, washer/dryer. French doors onto outside decking with patio furniture and washing line.
Dining room with large pine table and six chairs.
Three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds with sea view. All with fitted wardrobes and parquet wood flooring. Duvets and pillows and blankets are provided for all beds. All you need to bring are sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. These can be provided on request for small fee. (Please note we have just purchased brand new beds (2011) ).
Two bathrooms, one with corner shower unit, sink and wc and other with bath, sink and wc all newly fitted. Towels are not provided so please bring your own.
Oil central heating is inclusive of the price.
Electricity is by key meter, this can average between £5 - £15 per week, depending on your usage. Payable at the end of your stay.

Our Aim is for you to have a relaxing and carefree holiday. We pride ourselves on the standard of our bungalow and the quality of your holiday.
You will be met on arrival and shown around the bungalow personally by the owner, who will be available by phone to answer any questions during your stay.
Instruction and information booklet available in the bungalow.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking at the property except in the garden.
Couples and families only. No groups of under 21.
Well-behaved small dogs are usually accepted by prior arrangement for a small fee. Please enquire first.
Please leave bungalow as you found it, all cleaning materials are provided.

Scratby offers a relaxing holiday with all the essential amenties for a glorious holiday with miles and miles of wide sandy beach which is great for surfing.
The city of Norwich set in the heart of East Anglia is approximately eighteen miles from the Bungalow and is one of the top places to shop and visit the many historic buildings.
The Great Yarmouth / Scratby area
Hemsby is about one mile from the bungalow which offers plenty of shops, takeaways, restaurants and a lovely sandy beach.
Great Yarmouth is four miles away with its vast array of facilities including shopping centres, theatres, piers and funfairs. Great Yarmouth race course, Greyhound stadium and stock car racing are a few miles away.
Visit the picturesque waterside villages of the Norfolk Boards or soak up the sunshine on the many sandy beaches. Winterton and Sea Paling are a short drive away with glorious sandy beaches.
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, Pettits adventure park and many more attactions nearby.
Good local bus service with day trips to local attractions.

Fantastic, clean spacious everything you could need available and more the owners very helpful, for once the holiday accommodation as good as advertised no ! even better. My parents are semi disabled and everything was easy and perfect for them. what a wonderful time was had by all. Holidays are for 7 nights only, Saturday to Saturday except for any special offers or short breaks we have advertised above. Arrival time is 2pm and departure is 11am.
Once booking is confirmed you will be sent our booking form which will need to be returned with your deposit of £75.00 (per week or part week) (non refundaable). The remainder of your holiday must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date. For holidays booked less than 8 weeks before, full payment is required.
A damage/cleaning deposit of £100.00 cash is required on arrival at the bungalow, this will be returned to you at the end of your holiday minus the electricity you have used on condition everything is ok on inspection of the bungalow.
