Natterjack Cottage is a two bedroom converted stable which is a part of Church Farm Cottages in the seaside village of Winterton-on-Sea.
The Cottage provides stylish holiday accommodation which enhances the natural beauty of the traditional Norfolk brick & flint construction. With solid oak floors, modern appliances including dishwasher & washing machine, TV, DVD, stereo with docking station, and thoughtfully chosen modern decor and furnishings, the Cottage provides a home-from-home for the most relaxing and comfortable holiday for you, your family and even your pets.
It features a large and comfortable open-plan kitchen/dining/area, a perfect place to cook and relax whilst chatting with family and friends, and plenty of modern amenities to enhance your stay. There is a double bedroom, a twin room with and a family bathroom with shower over bath.
Outside there is a private garden and a larger garden shared with the other cottages. It is also just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach, loved by children, dogs and even seals!

Winterton-on-Sea is a small seaside village on a beautiful sandy and unspoiled Norfolk beach.
There is a village store stocking almost everything you will need, a Post Office which is also a newsagents and a grocery shop, a Fish & Chip shop and a 300 year old Public House which is Egon Ronay recommended. By the beach is the award-winning Dunes Café which serves teas & coffees, snacks & meals, beach requisites and, of course, a full range of Ice Cream.
Winterton-on-Sea is a beautiful, sandy Norfolk beach, with a wonderfully lonely feel. Backed by sand dunes and a nature reserve, it's a seemingly endless stretch: the type of beach where you can walk for miles and barely see another soul. Pools of water often form on the beach, creating safe places for children to play.
Our dunes nature reserve is within the "Area of outstanding Natural Beauty" (SSSI and SAC) and is ideal for bird watchers and walkers. And do not miss our colony of 30/40 seals that "live" just north of Winterton-on-Sea.

"A perfect break"
If you want a quiet, dog friendly, holiday break away from the tat of Hemsby & Great Yarmouth then Winterton-on-Sea is the place for you. A lovely village with super beach, two shops and a real ale pub with good food.
If you are looking for a character property combined with up to date quality features and fitments then any one of the 4 holiday properties in the Church Farm development is for you. We stayed in Natterjack and found it fully equipped and perfect for our needs. Owners Richard & Helen were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. There aren't too many places we would want to return to but this is certainly one.

"Superb accommodation, children and dogs loved it and we did too!"
Natterjack cottage was finished to a high standard with excellent facilities a true home from home. We found the owner very friendly, approachable and helpfull. The secure garden was perfect for us having young children and dogs. Off road parking made loading and unloading the car safe and easy. The dog friendly beach was only a short walk or drive away. Lovely sandy beach and we even saw a seal! Winterton itself is a lovely quiet village with a pub, post office, shops and a fish and chip shop. The beach café served great food and drink too. All in all for us it was perfect, can't wait to go back.
